21.01.2022 Take notice of how the BungyPump pole is pressed together (and against the built-in resistance) before the lunge. This creates a higher intensity lunge and trains the upper body as well.

20.01.2022 One of our walkers told me on Saturday I visited a New Physio last week who told me I should be stooped over considering the 5 breaks I have had in my back. She told him its my Bungypumps. I really believe that walking with them has helped my back problems. He said well, whatever you are doing , keep doing it because its working !! J has been walking with my group every Saturday for 2 years, she also does her own walks. If you have some poles gathering dust, message me or just come down to Cherry Tree Walk on Saturday morning at 9:00. Meet @ Bowral pool car park.
