24.01.2022 After being in hospital with a perforated bowel and a Crohn's disease flare up recently, the touch of a Bowen therapy treatment was essential after returning home to recover. I love the gentleness of this therapy. Touch is essential .

23.01.2022 Animals need body work as well as human's. They respond beautifully and love it. Had the pleasure of working with dogs today. We had a fantastic teacher who drove over from Melbourne to Adelaide. Looking forward to doing more training in 2020.

15.01.2022 Can you tell what's up with these pictures? One is my live blood test and one is my dry blood test. Not how healthy blood cells look, mine are sticky and slowly moving. This makes it hard to get good oxygen supply to the brain and the rest of the body. Lot's of inflammation, adrenal stress, liver stress, thyroid issues, exhaustion and fatigue symptoms. What's happening on the outside is reflected on the inside. Good thing is that with a few changes it can be turned around. More bloods in couple of weeks to see any changes for the better.

07.01.2022 Bowtech Bowen 4 U has been going through some big changes with change of location, and a home base therapy room being set up in Willunga South. Study and training ongoing as I like to keep up to date. Purchased a second hand electric therapy table to make it easier for clients to get on and off the table, plus keep my back happy. Looking forward to having the room set up in the next couple of months to welcome clients. Been focusing on my health and wellbeing so I can offer you the best version of me . Make 2020 your year to be the best version of You!!
