24.01.2022 Beetroot! Are you a lover of Beetroot? I bake mine without covering in the oven, but mostly, I just blitz it and put into my mince for spaghetti bolognaise or lasagna. I might have to give it a go in stirfry! How do you use yours?

19.01.2022 This is a part I dislike, putting everything away! But, we will have enough food to get us through this week!

18.01.2022 Serious Question. What can you do with a cucumber? I put it in a garden salad. Or eat as a stick with some dip. But after that, I've got nothing! No ideas! Please share with me!

18.01.2022 Baby Truss tomatoes are devine, and they are back! I'm so in love with these. I'm really the only one in this house that eats tomato (not sure why the kids won't- but Mr N pretends and then squeezes the tomato so it shoots seeds halfway across the room , everyone laughs hysterically so I guess that makes it ok?!?!) So, if I'm going to eat a tomato, I want it to be a good one! These are sooo good!

14.01.2022 This!!!! A marvelous addition to our kitchen bench. Kids were excited and are all on board too. We had to go outside instantly to put the label on the bin! We do have 2 big compost bins, but I find we still have lots of food scraps that can't go in. This will reduce our red bin to almost nothing!

13.01.2022 Best of the best from last week's order. Sooo fresh the beetroot leaves were still firm!

12.01.2022 Mango Was $3.50 in the supermarket this past week. Box Divvy was $2.97. Savings like this is common! You can join us and save 30-40% off your fresh produce bill every time you order!

12.01.2022 A special cake for a special boy who turned 2 last week! No box divvy in this one! Haha

11.01.2022 Ginger anyone?? I keep mine in the freezer and grate/ cut when I need it. BUT, maybe I need to try the fresh ginger?

11.01.2022 So many of us love bananas and it's not surprising that they're up there as the most popular fruit on our Hub Wishlist. And there's good reason why we love the ...Box Divvy bananas so much, they taste better, they're better for our environment plus they are cheaper!. 95% of Box Divvy bananas are sourced mainly from the Coffs region. Transport from Coffs (530kms from Sydney) uses about 80% fewer food miles compared with Queensland bananas, most of which are grown in Innesfail, south of Cairns. Because of the more humid climate in North Qld, the crop requires a fair amount of ag chemicals fungicides and pesticides mainly to maintain their good looks. That is important, as the major supermarkets only buy Qld bananas and cosmetics are considered more important than flavour and nutrition. By contrast, Coffs bananas use little or no chemicals at all. What’s more: because it’s a little cooler than Qld, it takes an extra 1-2 months to bring the fruit to maturity. That makes the Coffs bananas noticeably sweeter. That said, they may not always win a beauty contest! So lower input and transport cost plus Box Divvy’s low-cost model mean they are consistently 30-40% cheaper than supermarket bananas. #bananas #healthysnack #potassium #boxdivvy
