14.01.2022 For those requesting the recipe to fermented garlic paste I make, here it is ! I got this from the I Quit Sugar Simplicious flow cook book, by Sarah Wilson and hands down it’s the best cookbook I own. So many sustainable recipes and fantastic ideas for waste free cooking. I have used it to make batches of ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar (using leftover apple cores!!), and vegetable stock using all my leftover scraps from the week. This 400g cob is fun to eat as is, but even better fun when hollowed out and filled with a pumpkin dip (see recipe in comments).... Sustainable seafood, grass-fed beef and local lamb from Oberon: we think you’re going to like this.... Provided the trial runs smoothly, we will be rolling this out to all Hubs in November. Christmas Hams? Prawns and lobster? Christmas is starting to look good

02.01.2022 So very grateful for what #boxdivvy offer my family. Easy access to an abundance of amazingly fresh produce, and loads of variety! Every single thing on our plate tonight (bar the chicken-which will soon also be offered through the hub), was a product of my Box Divvy deliveries!... Harissa paste from Belicious Foods coating our chicken, with a side salad of Cos lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, carrot, shallot, and cucumber. If that wasn’t already good enough we also added a side of fresh vegetables, featuring sweet potato, capsicum, and red onion; coated in red chillies, rosemary, and thyme (and a nice splash of olive oil) There are still spaces left for my Tuesday hub.
