Look at what was on the menu today for the afternoon tea - Apple and yogurt Museli Bar Recipe 1 cup rolled oats... 1 cup of rice bubbles 1 cup of corn flakes 1/3 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup plain yogurt 2 Diced Apple Mix all the ingredients and bake it in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes, slice it and serve Derek creates nutritious and delicious menus every day - for all ages, with special dietary requests all looked after!
