24.01.2022 It was great to catch with one of Box Hills old boys and a stalwart of the club, David Quayle, on Sunday for a chat and reminisce about the old days. David was down from Swan Hill for the weekend and was kind enough to meet and give me some terrific committee memorabilia which we will ensure is kept very safe. I look forward to having a read through. David, hopefully we can see you down again for one of our reunion days next year. Stay safe.

09.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Just a quick note hoping to find everyone well and doing ok in these tough times. Hopefully not too long now before we get moving again. Make sure you keep in touch and look after yourself and others, a phone call, a text message is all it takes. 07.01.2022 Vale Mike Roodhouse. It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Mike Roodhouse after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Mike was a huge part of the Box Hill Club and Community through the 70s and 80s, playing, coaching juniors and as an integral member of the committee.... Mike made a massive contribution to the club, was loved and respected by everyone and will be very sadly missed. As we all know Mikes two sons Ian and Alan both played for the club for many years and went on to have highly decorated careers. On behalf of the current and past Box Hill Family we send our deepest condolences to Mikes family and friends. Below are a couple of photos from our archives of Mike in his days at the club. 03.01.2022 As we await tomorrow’s lifting of some restrictions unfortunately it won’t be enough for us to continue our annual old boys golf trip to Yarrawonga cup week, one of only a few years missed over the past 40 years. So here are some great memories from past trips, hope you enjoy! I couldn’t find any photos of SP holding a trophy, if anyone has one let me know.
