15.01.2022 I remembered during the lockdown, gym owners were devastated because they had been forced to shutdown. Although some had defied the protocols and still opened. Others were fined because of it. ... But do you know what amazes me? Gym owners are resilient human beings. If you don't have great communication within your team, things break down, comms get lost, clients suffer, and it isn't a good recipe for success. ... These three platforms have allowed me to have structure within my gym when I was still a gym owner. This method of having a single thread for all messages makes it difficult to keep track of tasks, client notes and makes it extremely difficult to keep track of important conversations. SLACK Slack is a platform wherein you can create different channels. Those channels can be of different topics (it really depends on you). It could be any announcement, new clients, prospects, normal clients, upcoming events. WORKPLACE Workplace is a communication tool that connects everyone in your company, even if they’re working remotely. Use familiar features like Groups, News Feed and Live video broadcasting to get people talking and working together. ASANA Asana allows multiple staff to work on the same program. They could be organizing a retention event, so whose in-charge of calling the pub or the location, whose getting the wristbands for the drinkers for the Christmas party, whose responsible for creating a post. Everyone can work on a separate tasks but everyone can keep track of what's happening. Asana is also a nice platform where things can give you structure in your team communication which is obviously really important. This is similar to Trello where you can create different pipeline, to-do-lists, watching progress, what needs to be done,etc Super important to keep your staff accountable, to keep projects running on time so that make sure you know where everyone is up to, depending on their job they're in the project.
