16.01.2022 We are taking estimates on Ham orders for Christmas, this is not a commitment it is just to provide an estimate to providers. Our cycle will be delivery 18th December. Regular meat and seafood deliveries will re-start from 22 January 2022 onwards, so the gap in supply can be around 6-7 weeks. The offer at Christmas time will include: Double-smoked Christmas hams with bone (around 5kg) and Boneless (around 4kg)... Turkey breast around 2.5kg Pork loin (rolled) 3-4kg Whole duck around 1.9kg All current whole cuts (eye fillet, brisket, Scotch fillet etc) A selection of seafood (lobster, bugs, prawns, oysters and whole fish). All products will have a use-by date well beyond Christmas, except the seafood which may need to be frozen if you happen to get delivery early in the week.
