24.01.2022 Many of us without realising, go for high energy foods because they’re filling. Calories = energy. High energy foods takeaway and empty calorie sweet foods ...= weight gain. Fruit and vegetables which have a high nutritional value, lots of greens have a high nutritional value and are low in calories. Some vegetables and fruit though might have high sugar content like corn which is higher in calories due to higher natural sugar content. Moderation is the key ! Something to think about. #fewercalories #freshproduce #boxdivvy #rhodesllewellynhub See more

So here’s a riot of colours to eat this week grown by Steve and Sam Grima in Horsley Park.... #boxdivvy #rainbow #brooklyn #buysharesave

03.01.2022 Gerard Saad’s remarkable recovery from flood Gerard Saad’s farm in Wilberforce got flooded in late March under 2m of water. He came close to giving up farming, but support from the Box Divvy community kept him going. It’s now just over 4 months later, and he feels he’s on top of the world. And we’re excited to have his broccoli back on the menu for the next few months. #boxdivvy #brooklyn #localfarmers
