24.01.2022 No I didn’t burn my toast! This is the oh so delicious Charcoal Sourdough from Shepherd's Artisan Bakehouse! Why would you eat this bread? ... Activated charcoal works by trapping toxins and chemicals in the gut, preventing their absorption. The charcoal’s porous texture has a negative electrical charge, which causes it to attract positively charged molecules, such as toxins and gases. This helps it trap toxins and chemicals in the gut. Because activated charcoal is not absorbed by your body, it can carry the toxins bound to its surface out of your body! It also can; - improve kidney function - reduce high blood pressure - reduce gas - reduce hangover symptoms Thank you Activated Charcoal! We have a loaf once a month as a regular gut detox in our family, even my toddler loves his black toast #mandalong #cooranbong #foodhub

Papaya (up to $3.54 ea) and raspberries (up to $5.44 a punnet) both transport-related Red capsicum also had supply issues out of SA, and prices have tightened a little to just under $4 a Kg Lemons will remain scarce until well after Christmas: expect to pay around $5.50/kg Watermelon from NT and QLD has also tightened up: around $1.95/Kg Broccolini is starting to revert back to its seasonal price expect to pay $2.27 a bunch DOWN: Packham pears are down to $3.20 a week; we’re expecting prices to zig-zag until the end of the season Hass avocadoes have eased a little to $1.63 each; we’re not sure if this will be sustained, but we’ll take it anyway! Cucumbers are in abundance: continental or telegraph cucumbers are down to 91c each, and Lebanese cucumbers down to $2.29/Kg Avocado, Cucumber & Tomato Salsa anyone?
