Our pick up point is in Roseville, and if you’d like to make it even easier for yourself, we offer home delivery within the local Roseville area also. So here’s a little more about this works: - Box Divvy is a food box sharing system connecting growers & food producers directly with Food Hubs like mine, allowing us to provide you and your family with produce at prices that are 30-40% cheaper than supermarket prices. As a Food Hub, we share boxes to keep prices as low as possible. - You can join online (www.boxdivvy.com.au) and use your computer, or an App on your phone to order. - At the end of our order as a group, I pack and you pick up from me. My goal is to cut your food bill in half, without compromising on the quality, freshness and variety of food in your fridge and pantry. 12.01.2022 Coconut Flour Pancakes with Rhubarb Compote Ok, so the pancake edges were a bit burnt. But let’s set that aside for now. First time attempting coconut flour pancakes so I thought they were a success - absolutely fluffy and delicious inside and (overly) crispy on the outside. And gluten free. If you’d like the recipe, comment below! Topped with natural Greek yogurt.... And Rhubarb Compote made from delicious Box Divvy Rhubarb. I literally just stewed chopped up Rhubarb, three chopped up apples (pink ladies) with the juice of two oranges and 1/3 cup of brown sugar until Apple and Rhubarb were super super soft. You can adjust sweetness to your own taste. Keeps for a week in the fridge.
