23.01.2022 I only ordered ONE () mango this week, as I wasn't sure what the quality/ taste would be. I needed it for a mango sauce to go on our salmon. I snuck a cube of it first and it was delicious! Juicy and sweet! The kids are begging me to order more next week!

19.01.2022 Baby leeks: not-so-baby after all Plenty of white stem, and a bunch of 3 is just $2. Potato & leek soup, or leek & bacon frittata? Because they are not too thick, you can actually cook them whole: Cut the leek in 10-12cm lengths and wrap them in ham or prosciutto. Put them in a shallow oven-proof dish, and cook them in a mixture of chicken stock, white wine and garlic. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese over the top and cook them in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for about 30-40 minutes. Test with a fork: it has to pierce the leek all the way with ease.

17.01.2022 My 17yr old is vegetarian, so I made him up a vegetable chilli (it wasn't hot) and guacamole for dinner. A great way to use leftover vegies, the day before vegie delivery day! Pumpkin, cauliflower, capsicum, onion, garlic, zucchini, avocado, tomato, red onion, lemon, corinader. I'm happy there's lots of left overs!
