22.01.2022 Hope you all had a nice break. Time to get back into training! Class on tomorrow night (14/01/19) at Holy Family Primary School Gowrie @ 6pm. Look fwd to a big start to the year.

20.01.2022 Class Times are Monday - Holy Family PS @ Gowrie; Wednesday - St Francis of Assisi @ Calwell. All classes start at 6pm and go for 1 hour. Bookings are not necessary; just arrive 10 mins early for the first class. All equipment is provided. Call me on 0407432582 for all inquiries. See you in class!

17.01.2022 CHANGE OF LOCATION AND TIME FOR WED CLASSES (FROM 17/10/18). Boxfit class is now at St Francis of Assisi Primary School located at 120 Casey Cres Calwell - Class time is 6pm-7pm >>> $10 for 1 hour session; all equipment provided.... See you there tomorrow! Its a great time of year to start something new!
