While we are working towards resuming training ASAP we will not opening this Monday . 04.01.2022 Hi Team, hope you are all starting to head back to work and school. Like all of you we are watching the government updates very closely with fingers crossed for a safe reopen date in the not too distant future. In the mean time we are working on some new circuit ideas and trying to keep fit with at home workouts! The great thing is we can do most of our regular club training with little to no equipment. So if you have been a little behind in your training now its the time to get out the skipping rope, run through the Friday set so we can hit the ground running as soon as we are cleared! Kids we will be running some new videos for you soon too including a skipping challenge so start practicing now!
