06.01.2022 It's good to be back in the gym and to train with you. The new wooden floor is a complete success. Everyone loves it and the workout is much better. A request to everyone. Please only come to the 5.45 classes if you are sure that the advanced training is suitable for you. The advanced training is technically very demanding. It is not suitable for beginners. And it's definitely not a classic boxing workout. If you want a normal Boxing for Fitness workout come to our classes at 4.30am and 7am. Thank you, Carsten See you in the gym
