11.01.2022 Arrived home last night after an unforgettable 5 days in Tonga with our Tongan family. The island is beautiful but the people are what make it so special. Our friends invited us to cava ceremonies, feasts, took us to a cultural show, took us on a bus trip around the island to all the significant sights and we went to church where we were moved by the power of their voices. We visited Sita and her team at the Seasonal Worker office. It was lovely to meet you all in person. ...Big thank you to Nay Luani for coming with us and for everything you do to organise our workers. We appreciate everything you do. You have a big heart and you are a respected leader. (And to Amanda and family for coping while he was away with us ) Thank you to Kolisi for driving us everywhere and to Akesa for being the program organiser and Ana for being our tour guide . To all of you who spent time with us, we cannot thank you all enough. It is an experience we will never forget. Our hearts are full. we took a lot of photos - here are just a few... See more
