I provide equine Vet-IR Infrared Imaging services (also known as thermography) that can give owners and their chosen equine professionals pinpointed areas to work with that may be the cause to unwanted behavioural problems, contributing to poor performance or lameness issues. The imaging is 100% safe, non invasive and all data... collected by me at the clients appointment is analysed and reported on by Vet-IRs team of Vets with thermologist training and experience. How it works... Using a highly technical infrared camera of scientific standard it maps the horse’s skin surface temperature and the analysed data is then related to certain injuries and conditions that may be present. My service is mainly used to assist with veterinarian investigation into difficult to diagnose lameness, poor performance etc but many of my clients use it to monitor and rehabilitate their horses with other equine professionals such as their body worker.
