23.01.2022 This gentle exercise would suit those of you who want to loosen up a bit and get a gentle workout without risk of injury. It is always a pleasure to spend some time in the warm, gentle and nurtering presence of Anne Belinda

16.01.2022 I am not a great fan of A Current Affair but the point made about checking the qualifications of your Massage Therapist is very valid. We are not a Regulated industry so your best line of protection is to check if your Massage Therapist is a member of a Massage Association such as Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT). In order to become a member of an association such as AAMT each member must: 1 Be Qualified 2 Have First Aid Qualifications 3 Have Professional... Indemnity Insurance 4 Continue with lifelong learning to stay current and improve skills/knowledge 5 Maintain a high standard of professional conduct Buyer Beware....

12.01.2022 Sadly, I have taken my business sign down . As many of you know I had a shoulder injury in 2016 and it has been a long road to recovery. I am now pain free and have great movement but I don’t want to sabotage my recovery by returning to massage. I am starting a new job next week which will be a lot kinder on my body. I know some of you will be disappointed and I hope you find the right person to help you with your body. Thank you all for letting me be your massage therapist for the past 5 years or so. I can honestly say I loved spending time with you all and have missed your company over the past year. I wish you all the best of everything for the future. Cheers Margaret

11.01.2022 Hi everybody. I am back at work. Unfortunately my phone did not survive my overseas trip. I am waiting for Telstra to activate my new phone so cannot be sure how long that will take!....maybe today...maybe tomorrow. In the meantime you can book online. Click on Book Now tab above or go directly to my website. You can also email me at [email protected]. Heavily booked this week but lots of spots next week

11.01.2022 Check out this fabulous Health and Fitness package that Bec from Perfect Fit Training solutions has put together. The package looks great. Pretty amazing poster too. Good job Bec

10.01.2022 I am off doing some more training - Byron Bay this time. I have to say I am looking forward to some cooler weather down there. Back Friday 20th March. Don't forget you can use the online booking system to book yourself in for when I get back.

10.01.2022 Somebody told me yesterday they heard I was leaving town. I"m definitely NOT leaving. I hope to retire here in about 10 years. Guess it's good to be talked about??

06.01.2022 I am looking at setting up an online booking system with a link on this facebook page. You will be able to check what times are available and book yourself in. It's quick and easy and save playing phone tag with me. What do you think?

01.01.2022 I URGE ALL MY FRIENDS TO READ & SHARE THIS; YOU COULD SAVE A LOVED ONES LIFE BY KNOWING THIS SIMPLE INFORMATION!!! - www.healthdigezt.com Stroke has a new indic...ator! They say if you forward this to ten people, you stand a chance of saving one life. Will you send this along? Blood Clots/Stroke - They Now Have a Fourth Indicator, the Tongue: During a BBQ, a woman stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) ...she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes. They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Jane went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening. Jane's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 PM Jane passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Jane would be with us today. Some don't die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead. It only takes a minute to read this. A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough. >>RECOGNIZING A STROKE<< Thank God for the sense to remember the '3' steps, STR. Read and Learn! Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke. Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions: S *Ask the individual to SMILE. T *Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) (i.e. Chicken Soup) R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS. If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher. New Sign of a Stroke -------- Stick out Your Tongue NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke. A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved. I have done my part. Will you? Must Share See more
