21.01.2022 We have harvested today and have made coleslaw that we are selling. Coleslaw 400g - $4 a bag SOLD OUT and was so yummy.... Tomatoes 250g - $2 a bag still available and some for cooking only Zucchini 250g - $2 a bag SOLD OUT... Purple beans - $2 a bag SOLD OUT Thanks for your support.

18.01.2022 Congratulations go to Lucas and Wilf this week for great displays of our school expectations! Lucas was very respectful to all staff and modelled great behaviour for the younger students and Wilf demonstrated some great resilience in the playground! Keep up the fantastic work! Congratulations to our age champions: Marlee, Libby, Mathilda, Wilf, Aaliyah, Ryan, Stirling, Riley, Caitlyn, Cydi, Levi, Edwin, Larissa and Jack. Larissa and Edwin were our 800m champions and Caitlyn and Kirby were awarded for our encouragement awards for their great efforts throughout the day! ... Congratulations to Petersen House who were our overall winners for the day. Well done everyone, you should be all proud of you efforts! 04.01.2022 Week 3 Update - There is a lot going on this week! Monday: Mrs Briggs away at CQ Lead Learning Day (Miss H will be teaching) Library Books need to come back to swap over. Tuesday: Chappy is getting into the Garden with the Kids and Religious Instruction (RI) lessons start back up Wednesday: Mrs Briggs and Mrs Oppy are away at a Budget Meeting.... Thursday: P&C are holding a meet and greet, Parade will be moved to 2pm Thursday this week so we can have as many parents there as possible. Mrs Briggs will also give a classroom update to all parents Friday: Homework Due Back and Tuckshop! What a busy week we all have but I am sure it will be a fantastic week!

03.01.2022 One more sleep! We are getting excited about welcoming all of our students back tomorrow! We understand that they might be extra excited because it's the first day, but we please ask that students are not at school before 8am. Please feel free if you are dropping students off to join us for a quick cuppa and some fruit, however when the bell rings we will ask that you give them one last cuddle and kiss and send them off to class to assist the staff in settling the students ...down for their first morning of learning. We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow morning!

02.01.2022 Today we CELEBRATED NAIDOC WEEK. We made bracelets, lanterns and face painting with Ochre. We also had an Indigenous member of the community come along and paint this amazing mural.

01.01.2022 Hi Boynewood community. A few weeks ago I asked Bunnings in a letter to support our orchard. They have emailed back and are giving us 6 fruit trees. Just wondering if any of our families are travelling to Bundaberg and could pick these trees up from Bunnings for us. ... Thank you.
