14.01.2022 A government announcement was made on 30 March. It confirmed roadhouses, dedicated truck stop facilities and truck driver lounges can remain open, so Australias heavy vehicle drivers have access to showers, restrooms and facilities to undertake their mandated fatigue management breaks. So our seating and lounge area is open strictly to HEAVY VEHICLE DRIVERS only with social distancing and appropriate hygiene requirements must be followed.

06.01.2022 As we all know there was a confirmed Covid patient visited Nyngan on Sunday further confirming He did visit BP Nyngan at 9:10am - 9.13am for 3 minutes. After checking the surveillance, We found out the only thing he physically touched was the fuel browser, after filling up he walked straight in the store to pay, didn't buy anything, didn't use toilet or any other service. The person paid for his fuel through contactless payment and he got served through glass shield. Still fo...r precaution we cleaned and sanitised shop area. Keeping Hygiene Measures in mind we deep clean our pumps every day as daily procedure. Yes, We did clean our pumps on Sunday as well. Taking these precautions further all the staff members during that shift have got themselves tested yesterday. Rest of the staff are getting themselves tested today. We have started wearing masks while in duty. We are trying to take all the precautions that need to keep our community safe. Bp nyngan is listed under category of MONITOR FOR SYMPTOMS venues. It’s not under the category of close contact or casual contact.
