19.01.2022 Yesterday’s lawn laying completed!! Many thanks to the wonderful locals who came out and helped lay this last part of the RV project, without your help it would have taken so much longer. Kindness from a new nearby local Dave who was on his way to the shop on his motor bike he saw what was going on, offered his help, stripped himself of his leather gear and jumped in to help out....amazing! A huge thank you to the local residents who donated towards the cost of this new lawn.... Your donation is very much appreciated. Thank you to Mick and Mandy for allowing us the use of your forklift and your continuing support. A huge thank you to Shane who is busy watering the lawn to keep it alive in the weeks ahead. This is a massive job and we really appreciate your help. Community spirit at it’s best. And how good does it look?

16.01.2022 Hi everyone, I am taking Pilates/ Yoga classes at Bowhill Community Centre over the summer. Starting this THURSDAY 26th November 6pm... $10 a class please bring cash (other payment can be sorted if required) Mats available 45mins suited to all capabilities (potentially a mix of HIT and a few other things on request- wanting to suit your needs) I am a qualified PT and have experience in yoga and teaching Pilates. 10.01.2022 Shout out to Lakeside Turf who were affected by the lock down with cancelled orders of their fresh cut roll out lawn. This local Walker Flat Family donated 4x pallets of lawn to our new RV area at Bowhill. A small but legendary group of volunteers of our Bowhill Progress Association got to lay lawn into the night to beat the midnight lockdown to add a finishing touch to the area prepared by Mid Murray Council. 06.01.2022 Expression of Interest for classes at Bowhill Community Centre My name is Courtney Kluge and I am looking for expressions of interests for people who would like to participate in fitness classes to be held over the Christmas and New Year period at the Bowhill Community Centre. I am a qualified personal trainer and group class instructor, and can take a range of classes from yoga and pilates to HIT, boxfit and clubexercise classes (dance/ party fitness). I am also studying N...utrition and Dietetics and looking to incorporate some general nutrition advice if people are interested. As a local I would really love to support the community as I believe physical and mental well being is the key to health and happiness.
