23.01.2022 Thank you everyone for your support this year! We will be closed over the holidays from Friday 18th December and will reopen on Monday 4th January. We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy and Safe New Year. Jacob and Rosalee

23.01.2022 A curious little danger noodle popping it's head out from under the insulation to see what i was doing in it's usually dark and quiet roof space.

22.01.2022 Boy are these guys aggressive! This is a Bull Ant & if found in your garden best avoid them. Bull ants are extremely aggressive, and are known to hunt larger i...nsect species and bite humans to defend themselves. They will even launch towards their victim which is why they also go by the name Jumping Ants. Believe it or not, it’s not their mandibles that hurt, it’s their stinger on their backside! Ouch!

21.01.2022 Termites love loose timber laying around, especially pine off cuts, railway sleepers & timber pallets! It is an old wives tale that if you leave timber around o...utside, Termites won’t touch your house. The only way to guarantee your property is safe, is to keep your property clean & tidy of loose timber and debris, remove gardens & vegetation from against your house and to ensure you have an up to date termite barrier protecting your home. Plus! Have your home inspected at least 12 monthly by a qualified timber pest inspector.

20.01.2022 Bumped into another little friend today.. got my inner Steve Irvin on lol

20.01.2022 A lot of people ask if I see many snakes while working. The answer is yes, all the time! But I don't mind little babies like this coming out to say hi.

18.01.2022 Thank you everyone for your support this year! Have a fantastic Christmas everybody, and a happy and safe New Year ~ Jacob and Rosalee

16.01.2022 We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and hope you enjoy the holiday season. We'll be back in the new year on Wednesday 2nd January after a short, and hopefully relaxing break

14.01.2022 This is a thermal image of the moisture levels in a ceiling underneath an upstairs bedroom / ensuite. Failing wetseal or leaking bathroom pipes can lead to large amounts of damage to your property. If you have concerns or suspect that you may have a moisture issue, call in the professionals.

12.01.2022 And this weeks winner of 'Things that I never thought I would find on a roof' is............

11.01.2022 We hope everyone has a safe and happy Easter!

11.01.2022 BPI Conference Weekend 2018 - Had an absolute blast and learned a lot. Cant wait to do it all again next year.

09.01.2022 You never know what you will find in the dreaded subfloor. An unwanted water feature perhaps... And one with an attempted DIY repair no less.

05.01.2022 Suffered the mighty wrath of some plovers during an inspection today and couldn't understand why they were so relentless. Then i noticed the hidden nest on the roof.

05.01.2022 This snake is obviously fake, but you can never be too careful! Especially now that it's summer and our slithery little friends are out and about. Stay safe!

03.01.2022 All too often people hear that they have a termite barrier installed and assume they will be safe forever. Always make sure you have regular termite inspections. These workings that had made their way completely up the wall and into the buildings eaves were on a 5 year old property that unfortunately just hadn't kept up to date with their inspections.

03.01.2022 It's alarming how common these stories are becoming nowadays. No wonder more and more of our clients are requesting Methamphetamine Screening. #methamphetamine #methscreen

02.01.2022 There are various species of termites that can attack and do large amounts of damage to your property. (Nasutitermes spp pictured) Ensure you have regular inspections carried out by a licensed professional to check for termite damage or activity to your property.
