25.01.2022 Dear Parents, It is with sadness that the Botany Park Pre School Committee would like to take the time to share some important news with our community . After 17 years of dedicated service at Botany Park Preschool, our fabulous centre director and teacher, Debra Marks has recently informed the committee of management of her decision to retire. The Botany Park children and community have all benefitted immensely from Debra’s passion for play and education. The smooth functioni...ng of each session and the enthusiasm our children all show towards kindergarten, is a true reflection of the culture that Debra has created at Botany Park Pre School. Our children have been extremely fortunate to participate in Debra’s well planned and inspiring program. On behalf of the entire Botany Park community, the committee would like to thank Debra for the time, care and love she has shown in providing many years of children with an amazing preschool education. The life long memories these children have all gained are a clear indication of the wonderful time they have had at Botany Park with Debra. The committee will miss Debra, as we know all of the children, parents and other staff will. We would like to wish Debra all the best in her retirement. Debra will concluded her time at Botany Park Pre School at the end of Term 2 and the committee is currently in the process of advertising her position for a replacement teacher of the Four Year Old program starting at the beginning of Term 3. We wanted to express our appreciation for the affection, care, and support you have shown to all the children through the years We are so grateful to you for your patience, enthusiasm, and passion. And wish you many more wonderful years teaching future children at Botany Park Pre School. We would all be lost without you. The Kinder Tick makes it easier for services to show families that they offer a play-based learning program led by a qualified teacher. The Kinder Tick helps parents and carers to identify kinder programs approved to receive Victorian Government funding, and to better understand what a funded kinder program is and why it’s important. ...
