Reps has 4 categories- Level 1,2,3 and 4 with Level 4 being specialist Instructors in Rehabilitation, Mental health, Obesity/Diabetes etc. Reps would be Beneficial because there exercise professionals are fully trained to meet the Health and Fitness Industry’s National occupational standards and are appropriately qualified with the knowledge and skills to perform there role and to help clients effectively in which areas of fitness is required.

Sports scientist would be beneficial helping with teams or individual athletes to advice on technical and performance aspects of training and skills
