21.01.2022 WE ARE HIRING! Delivery Driver / General Handyman Casual 35 hours/week, Monday - Friday... We are looking for a vibrant individual to deliver our products to Bracegirdle’s cafes around the state and perform general handyman tasks across all sites. The successful candidate: Great customer service skills with previous driving experience Friendly personality and can do attitude Clean licence Neat and tidy appearance Good communication skills Physically fit Light Rigid licence useful Duties: Liaising with the head office (warehouse) Loading and unloading a variety of goods some items may require heavy lifting and some items are fragile Delivering to Bracegirdle’s cafes and residential addresses General handyman tasks and maintenance Please email your current CV and covering letter to [email protected] by 5pm Friday 30 October.

20.01.2022 We're delighted to report that all Bracegirdle's cafés will re-open tomorrow, Sunday 22 November, in line with the lifting of SA's COVID restrictions! However, we will not be resuming our Mount Lofty Botanic Garden activity until the following Saturday, 28 November. We will continue to enforce the social distancing regulations (1 person/4sqm), have hand sanitiser readily available for your use, and maintain high levels of cleanliness. If you had a booking for tomorrow that ...was cancelled, our team will be in touch with you as early as possible tomorrow to reschedule. Please note there is a limitation of 10 people per table. It's looking to be a hot one tomorrow, so be sure to check out our range of cold beverages - iced coffee/chocolate, frappes, and fruit smoothies! Or treat yourself to some ice-cream! 15.01.2022 Dear Bracegirdle’s customers, Given the COVID-19 lockdown announcement made at 12:30pm this afternoon, please note that all Bracegirdle’s cafes will be closed over the 6-day period. All café bookings for this period will be cancelled. If you have paid a deposit, please contact the relevant café today and provide your bank account details so we can provide a refund. Alternatively, we can hold the deposit and move the booking to a future date.... The ‘Burgers, Beer and Bubbles’ event and the ‘Mrs B’s Chocolate Club’ event will both be postponed until early 2021. More information will be sent to ticket holders in the coming days so please keep an eye on your emails. If you have recently placed an online order, and have not yet received it, you will be contacted directly by one of our team. We will continue to accept online orders over this period, but please note that these orders will not be processed until our cafes re-open, so there will be a delay on delivery. Mount Lofty Botanic Garden is fortunate to have one of the best rhododendron collections in the country! The Gully extends from near the upper carpark to the Duck Pond below - which means there are some fairly steep paths.... So charge your camera, put on some sturdy shoes and plan your visit to experience nature at its beautiful best! PS) The Bracegirdle's bus will be in the lower car park on Saturdays and Sundays where you can reward yourself with a drink and snack! Mount Lofty Botanic Garden
