22.01.2022 As of first light tomorrow, Friday 29 May we're OPEN!!! WOOHOO!! So excited... Buddy and his goaty mates have left, the COVID-19 closed signs have gone, Sara has mowed, there is hand sanitizer in all the double entry / exit areas, the big hill is 95% done and the POOP Goes Here signs are out.... A few requests: Please drive slowly past the house, we have a retaining wall project happening which is going to take us a while ... Please continue with social distancing, minimum of 1.5m apart. You know, a Great Dane nose to tail distance; five butt sniffing Bulldog lengths... You get the idea LARRY the Donation Dog still has no signage but if you have a coin or two for him on your visits, he's keen to save towards the maintenance, upgrades and general upkeep of the park. The PUBLIC TOILETS will remain closed for the moment until we understand our obligations and the protocols needed for them to be open. We've put hand sanitizer in each of the entry and exit areas, use them so we minimise spread of infection. Although it is out doors there are still a number of frequently touched surfaces. Please if you have a sniffle, a cough, sore throat, fever or other cold or flu like symptoms, STAY HOME. It's important Have fun, run, play and go check out our nice big hill... It is amazing, we're beyond proud to have managed to get it done for you. Next week the finishing touches will be done on it, so we will close that area for a few hours so the contractor can work unhindered Also, thank you thank you for your support and patience through this trying year, it is appreciated.

06.01.2022 Huge thanks to everyone for using Brackenbush Unleashed. Sara and I thought it would be popular but underestimated to the degree that it would be valued by you all. Thank you for recognising that it is on private land, that each time you come and go you're driving past our house and on the driveway that is shared with native wildlife. Hence all the signs indicating to go at 20km. We deliberated for hours on the Peticate & Rules of the park so it can be an on going pleasure fo...r all. Some of these, like pick up your dogs poop, don't bring aggressive dogs or on heat bitches and keeping your dogs on leash until in the park are all designed to ensure ongoing enjoyment and safety. Others like the COVID-19 rules have come as a necessity to remain open. Please continue your great work on physical distancing, sanitising and mask wearing. You're doing an awesome job! Really just wanted to say thanks for using and loving our park. THANK YOU
