22.01.2022 To our wonderful patient community: we are committed to ensuring the health and well being of all of you and our staff. We are OPEN but will be revising our opening hours in the coming days. This page is where updates will occur. We are following directives from the Health Dept and our Association . Things look different- we have chairs spaced out in the hallway if you wish to wait outside and we have re-arranged our waiting rooms and treatment areas to allow much more space ...per person. There are processes in place to clean between patients -it takes time to do this but it is important we all do our part. We ask everyone to hand sanitise as they enter or wash their hands. Any patient with cold/flu like symptoms should remain at home and contact us on 3261 5125 to discuss if it is appropriate to reschedule your appointment or to receive assistance via telephone/telehealth. Your physiotherapist can assess whether this type of appointment is appropriate for your case. If you have recently travelled or been in close contact with people who have travelled and have been required to self isolate we would also ask if you too could contact us if you have an upcoming appointment. We endeavour to provide assistance to our community while practising a high level of precaution during the current viral outbreak. We want to help keep you out of the GP clinic or hospital if your problem can be assisted by physiotherapy. Our colleagues in those systems are doing an awesome job.
