18.01.2022 A mirror is a fascinating for a number of different reasons, but today's blog is about your world is a mirror. And this is a concept that quite often spins people out. So imagine there's a situation where we see an incident of some sort.... Maybe we see somebody laughing at something funny. Maybe we see someone drop a cup of coffee. Maybe we see a car crash. Maybe you see a couple having an argument. It doesn't matter but there's a situation that happens, an incident. Now imagine that there's three people watching this incident, they all see it exactly the same thing. The first looks at it and says that's the worst thing I have ever seen. The second person looks at it and says that's the best thing I've ever seen. Then the third person looks at it and says 'meh'. Now they all saw exactly the same thing, but they all had 3 completely different reactions. So where do the reactions or meanings come from. This is where the world is a mirror part kicks in. Because what they saw was themselves in the incident. I can't remember who said this but there's a saying that goes "we don't see the world as it is we see the world as we are." That can be quite a confronting realisation to have for some people. I remember the first time that I heard it, I kind of freaked out of it and really didn't understand. It took me a number of years to get my head around it. So the challenge is when you are seeing the world and it's having a an effect on you, you are seeing your reflection of yourself. Now, here's the thing. If you don't like what you see on the outside, how do you change it? Most people will like do what I'm doing when I stand in front of mirror see the thing on the outside and try and change the outside. So that's a bit like me going over to the mirror and trying to scratch off the glasses from my reflection of me in the mirror (obviously i wear glasses). Where as in effect, I can't change the reflection. All I can do is change me. So in this instance, I would have to take off my glasses. So notice your world today and see things that you perceive on the outside is annoying you and think it’s something on the inside that you probably haven't owned about yourself yet. Your world is a mirror. Keen to explore your mirror, PM me.
18.01.2022 Come fly with me. I am going to be running a 6 week pilot program for anyone keen to find the cash they are leaving on the table in their business, right now. Here is how we will roll.... Next week i have 5 spots open for interested ambitious and committed business owners for me to take them through the online FYC Roadmap Session. This will highlight the strategies where they are leaving money on the table. If you dont want to go ahead with the pilot program you keep the report (normally $147). Then the following week the pilot project will start and run for 6 weeks, with a weekly group coaching call, a private facebook group and access to the FYC online resources, including videos, templates, scripts and checklists. If this sounds like something you may be interested in, PM me and we will book a time.

12.01.2022 Comfort zones. I just finished some work with some clients and was reminded about the importance of pushing outside your comfort zones.... Jim Rohn said best with a couple of quotes. Firstly, in life we get the choice of two pains. We can either have pain of discipline, which is when you're doing something consistently and regularly. Or, we can have the pain of regret. Now regret is that pain at the end of our life where we haven't got done the things that we wanted to get done that could have been achieved by discipline. The second quote Jim Rohn quote is about every discipline affects every other discipline. What that means is if you improve or change a particular area of your life, then it will impact every other are of your life. The metaphor I want to use for you is to imagine that we have a a glass ceiling, but we all have our own self-imposed glass ceilings, and then when we push up in one particular area where we go outside our comfort zone, we actually push the glass ceiling or the limiting belief or whatever it is up, in all areas of our life. So it might be a health thing you get outside your comfort zone, and you push up over here, and it raises things up everywhere. Not just in that area because every discipline effects every discipline as you going about your business today. I have 3 spots free next week, if you are interested in catching up for a chat about pushing outside your comfort zones. Just flick me through a PM and we can find a time.

02.01.2022 Leverage it up! If you know of the 80/20 principle, it simply states that 80 percent of your effort leads to only 20 percent of your income. The other side of the spectrum would say that 20 percent of your effort leads to 80 percent of the results. In business, we often want that our efforts would be equal to or better than the results we get. Imagine if you only did an hour of work to get the results you want. ...Continue reading
