21.01.2022 People only see success but not persistence, late night sessions, hard work, some injuries, some sacrifices, discipline, struggle through dark days, getting criticism, some failures, some doubts, and risking with some fears.

09.01.2022 I came from long hard way, 4 years since I did first competition in 2015 and came 3rd in juniors men INBA weighted at 78kg. Fast forward to 2019 top 5 under 95kg class weighted 90.00kg. Long way to go but I’m getting there. There’s no hurry I’m still going and taking one step at a time. Building a right frame/symmetry physique is no short cut.

08.01.2022 Form first! Weight second! She have worked so hard on perfecting her form on squats for months by my teaching! So proud of her to determine by developing better form so she can train heavier preventing any injuries from properly form. It doesn’t count if you can’t go lower than 90 degree in my opinion. Unless you got injuries then you should work on rehab, take your time and start very light weights. Work around your body to get stronger.
