23.01.2022 We all struggle with things we hide away from others. One of mine is my physique I've never been completely happy with how my body looks. It can do amazing things I know it has proven that to me time and time again from double body weight back squats to 200kg deadlifts, muscle ups & handstand push ups. I'm putting this out there because you should never stop trying to get what you want keep trying and if you don't get it right the first time keep trying it might take you 10... years to find what works for you. I could have outsourced this to someone to take over my nutrition. I'm kind of stubborn and like to figure out things for myself.
