21.01.2022 Such a cute little ewe lamb "Luckygurl". She was born 2 weeks ago on a freezing night. Weighing 900g she is the tiniest lamb we have ever had not even able to reach her mums udder. We have been raising her by bottle and so far so good, she is now close to 3kg and a real character. 14.01.2022 Bradan 110009 Treasure has lambed and delivered a strong robust ram lamb. We have given him a name Bradan 20048 "XXX", he is an important lamb for us. Fingers are crossed that he grows out to become a ram we can retain and use, as we will be now let Treasure retire from breeding. 07.01.2022 Cracking ram lamb Bradan 200005 weaned today at 96 days old, he weighed in at an impressive 47kg with an average daily gain of .460g. He is one we will be watching closely. A son of Bradan 170010 Dimitri and out of one of Danielles favourite old ewes 140059.

06.01.2022 Weaning time! Lambs have performed quite well, their mothers have done a great job. Lambs average age 88 days, average weight 37.6kg. Heaviest rams 200005 (Bradan Dimitri Son) and 200004 (Dell Ozkaa Son), both weighing 47kg both 96 days old. Heaviest ewe 200014( Daughter of Ozkaa) weighing 41kg at 91 days old, followed by 200008 (Daughter of Dimitri) weighed 40kg at 93 days old.

Thankyou for the anxiety and undue pressure and stress you have put on us, - the members of our state who have done the right thing. You should be ashamed, I hope you enjoyed that party, or any other social gathering you participated in. You have potential put people lives and livelihood at risk. This time of year is our ram selling period, with a large chunk of our clients residing in Southern NSW, we... can only hope that we are still eligible for a border permit as this panademic continues. We are continuing to do the right thing here at Bradan Dorpers. We have contacted the NSW DPI to ensure we are eligible to enter NSW. So to our clients we will do what ever we can to get our rams to you. When we arrive we will be wearing masks and using hand sanitizer, we wont be able to shake your hand or greet you with a hug, but please know we appreciate your support especially during these trying times. 01.01.2022 Our old ewe Bradan 110009 Treasure. This ewe is a special one, she has bred some of our best sheep. One that can breed with any stud ram and produce quality, time and time again. All her daughters have classed TYPE 4 and 5. Her sons have done well too. She gave us our first Type5 ram, Bradan 130001 Ramses. Age is catching up to her now but she has diffinently left her mark and helped establish the Bradan type.
