23.01.2022 I challenged myself today to really push myself and do something i've never done. It took me just over an hour and 40 minutes but I got through and completed 250 pushups 250 heeltaps... 250 butterfly situps 250 burpees 250 reverse bodyweight flys 250 tail bone raises 1500 reps of 6 different exercises The only restrictions we truly have are the ones we put on ourselves Keep grinding Stay humble Have a good weekend Let me rest in this puddle of sweat I've created (The sheet I'm laying on is on my bedroom floor, I was giving myself carpet burn )

19.01.2022 I just want to give a shout out to my client Rachel! Rachel came to me a couple of months ago with a goal to get healthier and lose some weight after she had tried on her formal dress and it no longer fit her! After 3 or 4 sessions with myself every 3 weeks, following a program we worked on together in between those sessions and some hard work and dedication! Rachel had her Formal last week and looked absolutely amazing, we improved her posture, and got rid of that excess wei...ght so she arrived at her formal straight backed, confident and beautiful! Congratulations on you're big day, I'm proud of all the hard work you put in and congratulations on graduating and looking amazing!!!

17.01.2022 My good mate Luke Woods has his first boxing match tonight! Weigh in starts in just over an hour The fight shirts are ready Good looking sponsor on the top left corner... The big man has shed 20 kilos for this bout and worked extremely hard with me and his boxing club! I can't wait to see him put it all on the line and see all the hard work and dedication pay off! Lets get it Woodsy!

17.01.2022 Service update! AJ and I were due back today at 8 am with a new challenge over the next 4 weeks, But unfortunately! I'm battling with a stomach issue this morning and we're going to have to push it back a week. Tune in next week at 8 for our new challenge! Happy Hump day



14.01.2022 Shoutout to our Clients Amanda and Aiden Schefe! We decided to change it up today, get out of the gym and go for a hike up Mount Coolum! There was a lot of sweat and a few tears but we perservered and both put in a huge effort and smashed it out!... Congratulations guys! Can't wait to see how much you improve next time

11.01.2022 It's 2020! A brand new decade, and all my clients and I are starting it off with a bang! Today I wanted to give a huge shoutout to one of my clients, Angela Lions, who regularly inspires me and has come so far in the 4 months we've been working together! ... When I first met Angela she was 3 months removed from having baby number 3 and in a bit of a funk, she was 10 kilos heavier than she would of liked, she felt tired, unfit, unhappy with herself and wanted to get back to where she was before her 3rd child. Now 4 months down the track, she's lost that 10 kilos plus a little bit extra, she's toned up, her posture has improved a ton and her fitness levels are miles higher and we have ticked off numerous other goals in such a short amount of time! Now what she has achieved is reason enough to celebrate her but Angela was also born without her right hand! While so many people make excuses as to why they can't do things, this incredible woman has shown me time and time again how to adjust and accomplish things that most would easily say are just to hard. I have seen her push herself every session and achieve so many great things already! I can't wait to see what more we can achieve together and continue to tick off every goal you set for yourself in the future! You inspire me every time we work together and are living proof that the only limitations are the ones we put on ourselves.

08.01.2022 Big props to my good mate woodsy! He's got his first amateur boxing match in just over 3 weeks and has asked me to help him shed the last 6 or 7 kgs and go into the fight as fit as possible! Massive effort this morning! and after he gets through the next 3 weeks of training with me his fights going to feel like a breeze

07.01.2022 Shoutout to my Client David! David has been working with me for the last 3 or so months and the progress he's made has been absolutely outstanding! He's ticked off some massive goals and is only getting healthier, stronger and fitter by the day. He's lost 5 kilos to get under 100 kilos again a big goal from the start.... We've increased his mobility so that he can now do a full unassisted squat even with added weight which is massive from where we started! His strength through all muscle groups has increased. His posture is so much better, now standing up straight and proud! And most importabtly and satisfying to myself his balance has increased 10 fold. After initially not being able to stand on one leg or on the bosu ball his core strength and stability through his legs has sky rocketed and we can now get atleast 30 seconds out on a single leg stand, and do multiple activities whilst standing a bosu ball and uneven surface. The work you've put in is a credit to yourself David, and even though we still have plenty of room for improvement I'm extremely proud of all the progress you've made and how far you have come. Now have a great trip to America and try not to over indulge to much It's always a pleasure working with you and I look forward to your return in a couple weeks!
