01.01.2022 Sometimes discipline is hard !! Yesterday I worked all day got home about 4.45 went to the gym at 5. Get in there the workout is two 20 minute AMRAPS ! With Thrusters , snatch’s , overhead squats burpees and running ! Wake up this morning still feeling that workout ! Tired sore no energy kinda feeling like a nap , still gotta drag my butt down to the gym and get after it again , before I went I really didn’t wanna go even when I was there doing the workout I was like yuk why ...am I doing sprints on the air bike but now it’s done I feel so much better ! I done what I needed to do and I can go to bed tonight feeling good about my decision to go ! Everyone I’m sure has these moments and it’s easy to say no and just stay at home in the AC watching Netflix but at the end of the day do you feel like you gave it your all ? Anything is better than nothing walk the dog , some body weight exercises at home , run around with the kids something so at the end of the day you feel good about how you went and your not laying there thinking I probably should have gone for a walk with my friend or walked the kids to the park or whatever your into , just saying it happens to everyone and the ones who separate are the ones who push past it and don’t put it in the basket all the time .
