24.01.2022 Just a reminder to all users of the Arena that the cost is $15.00 per horse in the arena - you are welcome to use it for 1,2 or 3 hours for the $15.00. Just let us know when you book how long you wish to hire it for. Should you require the lights - this is $5. Clinics are $15 per horse - this covers the hours the clinic is on.... 24.01.2022 2 Day Horsemanship & Cutting Clinic With Richard PREW Bradley’s Arena, 172 Lower Barrington Road, Lower Barrington Strictly limited to 10 RIDERS per day so that everyone gets individual tuition, tailored to you & your horse.... Richard is passionate about teaching people who are keen to improve their skills and learn more about the art of working cattle, this then allows them to enjoy their horses and to compete at a level where they are having a lot of fun. Whether it be a private lesson or group lesson the clinic is designed to help you maintain a level that you will feel comfortable with. Preparing to work your horse before moving onto the mechanical cow work and live cattle work is all part of this clinic. Richard has been a real hit at the other clinics he has conducted here in Tasmania and is looking forward to assisting riders and horses. Whether your discipline is cutting, campdrafting, team penning etc there is always something you can take away from a clinic. Richard will ensure you leave his clinic with plenty of knowledge and improvement. He is extremely excited about coming down for a short holiday and doing this Clinic. He is looking forward to catching up with those who have met him and looking forward to meeting knew participants. Its going to be a great time. Camping overnight is allowed and power available if you require it.... Toilet facilities, wash down area, horse yards and plenty of good water available (Buckets available). Help yourself and get breakfast - it will be set up for you to get your own. (Cutlery and Crockery available) Morning and Afternoon tea supplied, Lunch provided both days. There will be a complimentary BBQ tea for the Friday evening. There is a fridge, microwave, small oven, hotplates - so you will be comfortable. Tea,coffee, cordial etc will be set up to help yourself. 08.01.2022 With COVID-19 restrictions lifting please feel free to contact us for your arena hire and clinic bookings. LED lights were put in yesterday making lights instant and much brighter than previous ones. Our builder has measured to enclose in the bottom end door and put in a sliding door, this will make it much warmer (no howling wind) and hopefully doesnt spook the horses anymore. Great for our Ken Green clinics. Arena hire is still $15 per horse.
