We are both keen to be involved in the design process with our ability to add both feminine and masculine touches, because let’s face it, the left hand isn’t always talking to the right hand Our top tips for building and renovating: - Write down the must haves and nice to haves. Focus on the must haves initially. - VISION BOARD: grab pictures of all the houses and things you like in magazines, pinterest and social media - put them all together in a space - print them out or save them to an album on your phone, or create a board on Pinterest - identify your style. When faced with a decision about your house planning and styling, come back to this board. THIS IS KEY. So as not to be persuaded or distracted by other things you ‘like/want’ but aren’t actually a part of your vision for this house. Keep it consistent! - Budget.. know your budget, and research the cost of everyday items, like kitchen appliances and plumbing fixtures - as these can add up very quickly - especially if you’ve got a 3 bathroom home - Have fun! 14.01.2022 Design & Construct being able to plan and design a build, and then execute it - is what we love about our job.. Our whole team were pretty pumped to be involved in this installation. . . Each sheet of @fielderssteel prominence cladding, approx. 28 metre long sheets had to be lifted and placed over the entire roof, sized up and cut insitu and then bent insitu! ... . The cladding extends up the western face, over the roof and back down the eastern face - all in one giant piece ! . .
