25.01.2022 WHAT A FIRST 6 MONTHS OF 2020! While it was indeed a roller-coaster ride for the property market, it was a challenge for the whole world. 1st January was when I knew the year was going to start strongly- and it did! Buyer numbers were very strong and my prediction felt spot on, we achieved exceptional dale prices and without question, it was the best the market had been in a number of years. But then COVID19 hit and we had a 2 week period where the buyer inquiry s...lowed and sales were low. When we first heard about the restrictions a million questions ran through my head, the list went on and on and I knew this was going to be a challenge. This is what pushed me to work harder and get the best results for my clients, and you can see in the image above that we have had an AWESOME 6 months. The next 6 months is still going to be a challenge, and if we have learnt anything its that you never know what can happen.
