25.01.2022 CLIENT WIN INCOMING It's a damn credit to this man for what he has done! This is a guy who despite 2020 being such a challenging time has thrived on a business level, personal level & also with his health....Continue reading
25.01.2022 I stay up late to get some much needed work done and this tends to happen.... Chips Salted peanuts Cheeses Crackers... And yep... Often beer "But Brad, you're a fraud".... I used to say to myself. How could I possibly lead by example to my clients if I was having the challenges with food like I did & be ok with it? Yep I am a coach with over 16 years experience in the field but like you, I'm a human that funnily enough knows a bit about what it's like to struggle with: over consuming foods (the ones that do the most damage to your waistline) motivation to put the shoes on when I feel like I would rather put other things first enjoy a beer probably more than most. Whoops... I couldn't possibly could I? Yep!! A coach that could have the exact struggles you’re having Is it a sensitive topic? YEP Is it something that can be fixed with the click of your fingers? I doubt it. This is why time and time again when men reach out to me & say "Brad do you do meal plans?. My immediate answer to them is "no". A meal plan put simply really doesn't address your challenges with: Your behaviours in the presence of food & drink How you cope with food when you're stressed How you respond when you have a slip up The things you continue sabotaging. It wasn't until I understood that it was more about how I learnt to move past the slip ups that made the biggest difference. Because here's the thing 1 Your work situation is probably busy and because of this you probably experience manic eating and drinking habits when you're feeling stressed & try to get that bit more work done after the typical hours of 9-5 2Food & beer is only a short trip to the pantry, fridge or your local. That's why I have such a big focus at coaching the men I help through how they deal with manic eating after work, their drinking habits at knock off time come Friday, their behaviours that follow. Because this is what keeps them stuck not the 'moment(s)' itself. For me I often fall behind on the work I intended on doing on any particular day because I try to perfect what I do & it often means spending too long on a particular task & I create my own stress & you guessed what happens next. I know now that I'm not a fraud, in fact i never was. I just needed do some uncomfortable things & work on it. You and me, where not that different. Ps if this is something you would like a bit of help with, don't hesitate to drop me a message in private & let me know what you’re struggling with See more
25.01.2022 & , ' If you feel that way fella's, you're not alone in fact it's a conversation I have with a lot of men that reach out. They've got themselves set at work but feel:... Less emotionally & physically connected with their wife due to the attention given at work. Less confident with how they look in the mirror Their wardrobe choices are getting smaller by the week. This is the impact of: Self - destructive eating habits meaning they feel more out of shape. Virtually zero exercise in recent times due to the demands of their job. Always being on the go When I ask them, how long they've been wanting some help more often the answer is a bit like this: ' , & ". I've been in that situation personally before (a few times) and it can be tough to gain some motivation to get the wheel's turning make a comeback to getting in better touch physically. So how exactly do you get out of the rut you're in? A bit of imperfect action is what's needed. Is it easy? Sticking with it isn't, if it was every man in a similar position would be in the best possible physical condition possible. But that’s not the case. But it doesn't have to be complicated either. I recommend considering looking at these areas Getting started on a basic physical activity you can follow up with regularly Looking at when your most destructive eating / drinking habits occur and address one at a time Give the ‘perfection’ mentality the flick. If you’re anything like any of the men I help or myself, perfection is a real momentum killer. Those that stick with the basics the longest wins!! You're not alone on this but it's your call to make a start. If you're finding it tough to get motivated & you'd like some help getting back in the shape you've been wanting for a while now & stop leaving your body & health behind, drop me a DM & let me know what you're struggling with See more
25.01.2022 ' . 1 When I've had a longer day at the desk than normal, I know that in the past this has lead me to turn to uncontrolled eating behaviours alongside battling to fit some much needed movement in & losing momentum going weeks without doing any meaningful exercise alongside a string of poor decisions with what i was eating. Now:... I keep myself accountable to exercising before the computer gets turned on, & put intervals throughout my day to make better decisions with what I'm eating 2 I've always been a keen beer drinker & often this comes with feeling guilty over enjoying a few beers & the association of being 'unhealthy'. This lead me to feel like I was an imposter because fitness coaches had to lead by example. Now: I know that alongside being a fitness coach, I can enjoy a beer as part of a perfectly balanced lifestyle & be able to relate to the men I help who are going through similar experiences. 3 I tend to live with high standards of myself & in the past felt that if I couldn't spend numerous hours on keeping fit & training at 'Optimal' times that I had the luxury of when I was in my 20's then it wasn't worth even doing it. Now: Being married & having 2 young boys alongside running a business, there's rarely a perfect day where I can map out how everything will turn out & I get to head out the door & train at the most convenient times. It's now a matter of getting it done & enjoying the benefits of taking care of myself with the opportunities I get. If you're a busy man that can relate to this post & you'd like some help getting out of the physical rut, so that you can start putting yourself & your family first, drop me a message & let me know what you need the most help with See more
23.01.2022 "' " Have you said this to yourself a few times recently? You are not alone.... In fact, it's one of the biggest challenges that the men I speak to each week have. I've been there myself & can certainly relate to this. Your days are hectic, feel rushed & the organization you have is around the daily agenda at work, doing your best to be present & switched on with your loved ones once you knock off and get home. But because of how the day pan's out, you're unorganised when it comes to taking care of your own health and controlling your bodyweight. Your eating habits are erratic Your days are busy & you feel like there's no time to get some much needed movement in This impacts your: Confidence in your body Focus & energy levels to be the most productive man you can be because a lot of your valuable energy & time have been invested into your work obligations Your health & physical conditioning, meaning the tasks you're faced with aren't as easy as they were in the past. Here's a few thoughts for a Monday: Your days will more than likely continue to be busy. Would being in better physical conditioning help you have the capacity to tackle the the challenges each day gives you? Your days will often be stressful. Would having a positive & clear mindset help you manage the stresses of the day so that you are less likely to engage in sabotaging eating habits after work? Your family will often get less time than they like, but the time they do get they deserve it to be quality. Would having more energy & being more physically present enhance the time you spend with them? Some questions to ponder on a Monday. But certainly plenty of opportunity to get things started for you. If you want to go from out of sort's physically to being a fitter, stronger, happier & more positive man for your family & career, then drop me a DM & let me know what you're struggling with & I'll be in touch. 22.01.2022 I’m looking for 5 successful busy men, who struggle with lack of time to take care of their body, who want to get back in shape, losing 10 - 15 kilos whilst improving their energy levels in the next 90 days. We start RIGHT AWAY I'm only looking for 5 men who are ready to make a change today. ... 22.01.2022 ' ? This is one of the biggest challenges the men I help have when they first reach out. They find they can drop their first few kilo's, commit for a few days & make a few changes to their diet that are often short lived & in a matter of a few weeks feel like they're back to where they started.... Sound familiar? What tends to happen is you are able to make drastic changes which means that you can see a few kilos lost but due to the drastic nature of your approach, it's often an unsustainable one. What this approach lacks is getting to the bottom of what you're actually struggling with. You've sacrificed your body & health for your career Your eating habits mean that it's taking it's toll on your waistline You struggling to keep a routine that allows you to commit long enough to see any real long term changes. Your daily performance isn't where you'd like it to be because your physical conditioning has been taken by the demands of your work. The typical diet approaches are surface level & don't give you the long term skills, education or accountability to ensure you're able to finally lose the 10 - 15 kilos you've been struggling to lose & take back your body & health for good. That's why I designed my Bullet Man Coaching Program. It equips the men inside the program with all the skills, knowledge, support, accountability & mindset coaching that is required to see long term results and overcome the challenges that are stopping you from finally getting into peak condition. If you’re a busy man and you’re in need of a plan & some real accountability to help you finally get back in shape after being in a rut physically, reach out to me by DM and let’s chat See more
22.01.2022 Where Should You Start If You’re Getting Back In Shape After Building Career?
22.01.2022 CLIENT WIN INCOMING " & ?" That's one of the most common questions I get asked when anyone reaches out for help in losing the stubborn kilo's & getting their body & health back.... My response is super simple. You're going to get the basics done consistently first. Boring answer isn't? But the truth is, why complicate things anymore than you need to? I knew what he needed & knew that if he followed through he would start experiencing the results he wanted when he reached out. The basics start with: 1 Committing to a regular movement plan 2 Looking into the challenges you're having with your eating habits & address them without needing to exclude things completely 3 Stick to it & if it's not working, let's look at why from steps 1 & 2. Simple enough isn't it? If you’d like to find out how to drop 5 kilos or more & transform your body & develop the skills to stay in shape long term over the coming months without boring diets giving up beer, reach out to me by dropping me a DM & let me know what you're struggling with See more
21.01.2022 & ' . 1 .... This helps you stay focused because without realistic goals you'll constantly have slip ups because you fail to meet them. When you have slip ups it often leads to repeating the habits that lead you to feeling out of sorts in the first place. 2 '' . This leads you to eliminate the food & drink you enjoy and when you have a stress filled day or week. Guess what you revert to when dealing with it? 3 . You're human. You'll have slip ups. Move on. There's a new day tomorrow. 4 ' . The reality is that although you would like to get back into great shape sooner rather than later. You didn't get yourself into a physical rut over night. A true transformation comes with you understanding what you need as well as what you want. 5 . . ? Are you worried that others trying to get in shape would not have had the food you consumed or the amount of beer you drank or was it because you don't see having a few beers to be associated with being healthy? If that's the case how would you handle it next time? 6 & ? Easiest way to amend this is to avoid the 'Flood Gates' from opening is: cut back how much you eat on the days to follow Go without a meal the next day or two Look at the calendar & check how many days are on it. of those days, how many have you been doing the things required for you to get in better physical condition with your body & health? If this has resonated with you, and you'd like some help with this. Drop me a message & let me know what you need the most help with See more

20.01.2022 ' ? This was my mindset for so long. I put off getting regular exercise in because I thought " ' ' "... And you know what this is followed with? Destructive eating patterns & drinking on week nights & I got PRETTY COMFORTABLE doing this all too often. As a result I was stuck in what I often call a 'physical rut'. The exercise I would do was 'half arsed' I'd get out for a 15 minute jog or walk & after 10-15 minutes call it quits. I'd commit to finally tidying up my eating habits. Do it for a few days, then because of how I structured my day. I'd be back into my old habits. What I'm about to say is hard to hear, it was for me too. But like any CHANGES you want to really make, that actually last You have to ask yourself: Am I really ready to make some much needed changes? Why will this time be any different to the past? What do I actually need to get the wheels turning in the right direction? You don't need anything complicated, time intensive or rigid. In fact that wouldn't serve you well anyway. Can you spare a few hours a week, doing something that you see yourself doing down the track that allows you to enjoy getting back into shape? Only you can answer that If you're feeling stuck & unsure of how to start making the much needed changes you've been wanting for a while now, then send me a DM & let me know what you need help with. 20.01.2022 ? I know this is can be something a little hard to talk about but I know from experience how getting caught up in work can lead to losing your confidence & pride in your body. During the lockdown I certainly felt like I'd let myself down with how I was looking & feeling when when I would get out of the shower or look at myself in the mirror.... Don't get me wrong, I was getting out for regular walks & I was running but due to my eating habits whilst sitting on my backside working long hours at a desk & my lack of routine or planning it wasn't enough for me to see any changes with my body. What I noticed was: My eating habits were manic due to me using food as comfort to get me through long days at a desk Longer days at a desk meant less movement & less opportunity to expend enough energy Later nights meant less sleep & less energy A bit of a snowball effect really as one would impact the other. With this I felt: - My confidence & pride with my body took a whack - I wasn't liking how the clothes were fitting - And with this came less confidence in the company of my wife. Too often men sacrifice their body & health for their career & it impacts their confidence & pride but they use work to continue the feeling of busy-ness that keeps them feeling stuck, like I did. But now, it's about me getting my training done before the rest of the household is up. What you'll notice is when you commit to a routine & you give yourself the opportunity to stick to it, you'll notice the value in your exercise & with this you'll be motivated to eat better. Do this long enough and you'll start to see the physical & mindset changes that have been hard to overcome & you gain your confidence back. If you’re struggling to get into shape and you’re lacking the confidence you’d like because your career has been priority recently and you’re ready to make the changes you deserve, shoot me a message & let me know what you’re struggling with and I’ll be in touch See more
20.01.2022 5 THINGS TO CONSIDER IF YOU’RE MAN WHO WORKS HECTIC HOURS EVERY WEEK BUT CAN’T SEEM TO GET IN SHAPE
19.01.2022 " ' " If you're man in your 30's & 40's You've been around long enough to know how losing weight and getting in shape works.... You've probably been able to do it a few times in the past You were discipline enough to see some pretty good results. But if you're like a lot of the men I talk to each week you're probably experiencing some of the following: You got stuck into work & forgot about your body and health You lost motivation & got yourself into a bit of a rut physically You sit at your desk more each day than in the past You find it tough to find time to get in shape I know personally that my situation & responsibilities have changed significantly from when I was in my 20's I wasn't at the peak of my career I had less financial responsibilities I could manage to look after myself without as many time constraints So what's stopping you from getting back into shape & sorting it out once and for all? Here’s 3 of the BIGGEST challenges you could be facing 1 A lack of accountability For when you start and stay accountable to what you set out to do, even when you'd rather hit the snooze button or throw in the towel because the same stuff keep's popping up 2 No plan of action that's suited to meet your needs for now, not one that served you well 5 or more years ago. When you start out you’re going to have a ton of ideas in your head about what you plan on doing & because of that you fail to implement because you don't know where to start. A good plan of action keeps it simple with 2-3 steps to help you avoid losing focus and falling off the wagon. 3 Needing a change of perspective Having a change of perspective means you are able to realise that what served you well in the past, might need some tweaking. The hours you can spend getting in shape, the training & exercise you do, the amount of time you have to prepare for your day and week. Accommodating your work demands & family life need to be considered. The reality is knowing how to get in shape is knowledge. The next step is the action If you’re a busy man and you’re in need of a plan & some real accountability to help you finally get back in shape after being in a rut physically, reach out to me by DM and let’s chat

18.01.2022 3 Reason's Why It's Harder to Lose the Gut now Than it Was 10 years Ago
16.01.2022 . The things you need to hear are what will help you finally get yourself sorted physically. The things you want to hear:... Keto is the best way for busy men to lose weight quicker You should have two meal replacement shakes to lose the gut in no time Go with the 5:2 fasting plan where you just starve yourself in an attempt to drop unwanted body fat for 2 days then eat & drink like a maniac for the other 5. The things you need to hear: How long have you stuck with the things you've tried before you stopped? If time was an issue, why is that you have plenty of time to put a bet on the races, watch the footy with the lads over a few beers & can mention the 3 best shows on Netflix? If you've been wanting to lose the weight you've been carrying for a few years, it's probably not a 6 week rent a body approach you should invest your time & money into. Sounds harsh (maybe it is) but these are also genuine conversations I've had with men over the years. Quick fixes are not solutions Ps If you want to put an end to the physical rut you’ve got yourself into & finally get into bullet proof shape that lasts, DM me the word ‘Bullet Proof’ and I’ll give you the details of how I can help See more
16.01.2022 I know what it's like to struggle to switch off even when it's late into the night because you've constantly got ideas running through your head I know what it's like when you put your career before your body and health because you're ambitious and focused on helping your partner create a great future for your family I know what it's like to feel like you've let yourself go a bit because of the many priorities you are faced with each day & know you are capable of a whol...e lot more but you find it challenging to make it work based on your constantly changing schedule. I know what it's like to want to get to where you want to go quicker.. Earnings, development, progression, getting in shape. I know what it's like to feel like you need to do it all on your own. And I know there's a whole bunch of positives that have come with challenges you've faced along the way. No doubt you can relate: - A great career, that's challenging and rewarding - You've developed long-lasting relationships for life. - You've started to build and nurture a family - You are smarter & are packed with more experience. But maybe there's something you need some guidance with? You have your own area of genius for a reason... It's what you do well. Maybe your genius is real estate? What would you say to someone trying to manage their real estate affairs on their own, when it's what you do well? Maybe your genius is accounting? What would you say to someone trying to manage their accounts & finances, when it's what you do well? It's not your job to be able to do it all. I know my genius is helping men who have sacrificed their body for their career get back in shape whilst being more productive every day around their busy lives. If you've been wanting some help with this for a little while, but you've been a bit unsure about how to make it happen. It's as easy as dropping me a message in private & letting me know what you need help with. I might be able to help you, I might not but either way it's worth seeing what's possible. I look forward to chatting with you. See more
16.01.2022 "Brad, I'd say I'm your perfect example of someone who knows they need to make some changes & get into shape but haven't done anything about it" That was the response a fellow gave me after I asked him what he needs help with, when he reached out just last week. And I'm glad he reached out because this is certainly a common challenge with so many men in the 30's & 40's.... It's hard at times to put your body & health as a priority especially when you have a number of things to take care of first. Chores at home Family duties Hours at work & the stress that comes with it. It often feels like life isn't slowing down anytime soon & there's little to no time to take care of yourself. You look for a solution that will help you lose the weight that's been creeping up, allow you to start stripping back the body fat that have come about by sacrifices you've made in return for investing valuable time into your career. "I'll cut out sugar" "I'll start getting to the gym everyday" "I'll cut out the beer for a while" "I'll get a shake in for lunch instead" But once life gets busier & more stressful you tend to find it hard to: Manage to control your eating habits after work Take care of yourself with an exercise routine That often puts an end to the things you tried from above & leads you to wonder whether there is a solution for you that isn't yet another 'THING' that's difficult to manage when life get's busier? Something that doesn't require you to need to do extensive hours of exercise weekly, that when life get's hectic the routine goes out the door or take part in a diet that you can't see yourself sticking to any longer because you actually enjoy the things you keep giving up. If you could finally drop the stubborn weight that's crept up on you in recent times, get back your lost pride in your body & health and have more energy to do the stuff that's not just work related, whilst investing 1-2 hours a week into getting back in shape & making one simple change to your eating habits. How would that change things for you? If you feel the things that are missing right now are: You know you what you need to be doing, you just can't seem to make it happen You can't seem to make an exercise routine or diet stick with everything you have going on. You've already got enough to think about, an getting in shape is another thing to try to figure out. And ultimately you feel stuck. Well that's why I created the Bullet Proof Man Program. For guys just like you, who have battled with making getting back in shape, balancing their career, family & social life a reality. If you would like some help, drop me a DM & let's chat about what you need the most help with See more
16.01.2022 An open letter to the busy men who've sacrificed their body for their career. There's a super common obstacle that you face, that alot of men face that they can't seem to overcome. You don't know how to adjust your approach to getting in shape to suit the context of your busy & successful life.... Maybe you've said or thought: "With my career developing, my family duties & all the other stuff I've got going on, I just don't have the time to get in shape" "Come on.. It's not that easy... When you have all the responsibilities every week, you start to pass at things like exercise and your eating habits start to slip" You are not alone, if you've tried: Low carb diets Giving intermittent fasting a go You've pulled some workouts from bodybuilding websites or magazines You've tried a few workout programs. And you probably feel like you know what to do but you didn't get to where you wanted to get to because you can't seem to make it stick... It's especially hard when you have to make it all work whilst fitting it into a demanding schedule, adjusting your days and times so it can fit into your busy & always changing diary. : You're not struggling with a lack of information You're not struggling because there's a lack of opportunity to get in shape after getting yourself into a rut. When you were in your 20's you had more time to train and & you're eating was all about the latest supplement. ' : You work crazy hours You're struggling to balance work, spend time with your family & have the energy to make that time even more valuable Think that you can't fit in, taking care of yourself. You feel frustrated because you can't seem to drop the stubborn kilo's that have been creeping up. ' : 1 Over this past week, if you were to change one thing about your eating habits, what would it be? Maybe it's a few less beers?... Maybe it's the eating habits after dinner?.. 2 If I gave you 15 minutes per day to exercise on 4 days over the coming week, what would you do? Start there & make adjustments from those two areas. If life stays busy, how do make it work if the only option you have is how you did it in your 20's? If you’re a busy man and you’re in need of a plan & some real accountability to help you finally get back in shape after being in a rut physically, reach out to me by DM and let’s chat See more
16.01.2022 10 Things To Take Into 2021 1 You are able to adapt to a situation or environment you find yourself in, but making the most of it as up to you (2020 is a great example of this) 2 Don't be afraid to put yourself first when it comes to your day to day life. Because this will only benefit the most important people in your life even more than when you weren't. This leads to more energy, more productivity & more time for you and them.... 3 Stop worrying about excluding things in your diet or jumping on board yet another quick fix diet. Instead identify the biggest gap in your eating or drinking habits and work on fixing it. Example: Instead of 4 beers after work, have 2. 4 It's not more technology, more equipment or the perfect program that's the issue. It's you worrying about what you need to go without or what you need to change that's stopping you from getting back in shape. 5 I've had many conversations with men this year with them wanting to know what's the best program, best diet and how long it would take them to drop the weight they need to. Most of the time the issue was they stopped doing the things that would lead them to getting there in the first place. 6 If you worried less about how sore you pulled up or how many calories you burnt during your hour session once per week & worried more about what you did over the course of the week, I can assure you that's serving you better. 7 A quote that I've found has helped me realise not everyone can be helped or wants to be helped is: "stop planting flowers in people's yard's that won't water them" - unknown 8 I remember these two things that my mentors have said to me: #1. Those issues you have are first world problems Brad" #2 Are you family safe & well?" 9 You won't fix 3,5 or 10 years of bad habits in a 6 week weight loss challenge starting in January. Through uncertain times, you will be challenged but you've shown you can get through them. Have a safe and happy new year! See more
15.01.2022 Not sure how much he got in his mouth
14.01.2022 ? If the answer is yes then you maybe you’re finding it hard to know where to start... The thing is being a busy man with a family naturally comes with lots of responsibilities. There are always things to worry about & take care of.... Maybe you've experienced the following: Your work has meant: You're eating habits are letting you down & making it difficult to shift the weight you've been wanting You can't seem to find a routine that fits your career & family life (especially when some weeks are unexpectedly busier than others) Once work has finished for the day, you're not as productive as you'd like You feel that due to the uncertainty of each week, you just can't seem to make it work If this is something you've been struggling with recently here's 3 HANDY tips to start shifting the weight that's been difficult lose with work being busy 1 You're environment says a lot about your eating habits before, during & after work. Your pantry, who you're in the company of when you eat & drink & what your habits are like after work & on weekends. 2 When you struggle to find a routine you need to be flexible to accommodate the unexpected obligations that come up. 3 Being less productive when work has finished often means you've spent the majority of your valuable energy at work & you have minimal left over to invest in the things that mean a lot to you. How much more productive could you be if you took care of your training earlier in the day to help with your energy, stamina & motivation? With around 5 weeks until the new year kicks in, now is a perfect opportunity to go into the new year with momentum & start seeing and feeling the benefit of the action you're taking. If you're an ambitious man in your 30's or 40's and you're finding it hard to shift the unwanted kilo's and you would like to finally shift the weight for good, alongside having more energy for your family simply drop me a dm & I will be in touch See more
12.01.2022 ? So many men seem to think that not having a great deal of motivation constantly is what stops them from finally: Losing the stubborn spare tyre around their mid-section... Gaining the stamina to have more get up & go to spend more quality time with their family Fitting back into their favourite shirts But motivation will always be something that comes & goes & relying on it to fuel your momentum to get back in the shape you want is going to be short lived. I battle with motivation a lot too but what I've found to help me to stick to a routine is looking at why it's important to stay in shape rather than looking at the specific things I need to do to get there such as an hour workout before or after work, how many times per week I need to do it, making sure I'm not having many trip ups with my nutrition habits each week. Instead I look at why it would be in my best interest to commit to getting & staying in shape long term: I see the visible difference in the mirror each day & that builds my confidence in front of my wife I get to spend quality time with my kids because I have more energy & stamina to keep up with them I take care of my metabolic health which is more & more important heading into my late 30's So if you struggle with motivation & find it difficult to get started, stop for a moment & think about why it's important for you to get started & commit to getting back in shape in the first place? 12.01.2022 I think you'll agree that you know what's required to: Shift the stubborn body fat Drop the 15-20 kilo's you've been wanting to lose for a while now... Get yourself back into the majority of the shirts & pants in your wardrobe that aren't fitting like they once did. Getting the confidence & pride back with your body to once again feel comfortable enough without a shirt on & in the presence of your wife. And most of the men I speak to & help aren't exactly new to going to the gym either. They've tried: Diets Shakes Fasting Lowering their carbs Gym programs from magazines Getting out for runs on & off. Being in your 30's & 40's you've experienced a bit & you've likely learnt a bit along the way. So what's missing in your life right now, that makes it difficult to get back in shape despite what you already know or have already tried? Having helped my fair share of busy men over the years here's the 3 BIGGEST challenges with getting back into shape. 1 The things you've tried are surface level issues. Not the real things that need addressing like: what happens when life gets busy, how do you make the most of your time? What happens when you sabotage your diet & because of this struggle to see the changes you'd like? How do you allow for a beer or two without feeling like it's out of bounds or like it will mean losing the spare tyre becomes harder? 2 You struggle with allowing for times when life get's busy. What happens is you tend to lose your focus, lose your motivation & lose your momentum because the programs or approaches you tried in the past didn't equip you with what to do when shit hit's the fan. A bit like an alternative option that allow's you to stay on track when your week isn't going to plan. 3 You don't have any accountability in place. Without accountability you're slipping back into old habits & this leaves you going back to the familiar behaviours that got you into the rut in the first place. Having the right accountability in place allows you to get back on track & continue on the right track even when you have a slip up. If you know you are capable of so much more, but just can't seem to make it happen, drop me a message & let me know what you're struggling with & let's get you back on track See more
11.01.2022 '... , Let me help (it's not too late) I get it.... 2021 has every reason to be the year!... Let's face it, last year was a shit fest for pretty much everyone! And thankfully it's over. And now 2021 is here, it's time for a fresh start.... And there's no better time to get out of a physical rut and back into shape than January right?... Maybe... But here's the thing: Having helped my fair share of men in their 30's & 40's over the years, there's also been a few January's come & go in that time too. What tends happen "I'll start in January & get sorted"... "I'll start getting into the gym Monday to Friday" "I'll give up beer & the gut should go for sure" "Righto, time to clean up the diet & drop a few kegs" "I'll do the January 4 week KickStart challenge that kick's off in the last week of January & burn off the spare tyre & man cans" But here are a few questions to consider: 1 Did I say these same things this time last year?.. 2 Why is this time any different? 3 In all honesty, do I want to make those drastic changes and be unable to commit to them in weeks, months & years down the track or is there a better way? 4 How long have I been wanting or needing to lose the weight or drop the body fat for? Because if I think losing it rapidly is the best option, I also need to consider keeping it off & that's been my biggest challenge in the past 5 Why do I continue to start & stop throughout the year? Unlock the answers to those questions & let's get you unstuck, so that 'The new year, new you approach is a thing of the past Ps If you're feeling stuck and unsure of how to start making the much needed changes you deserve, then send me a dm and we can chat See more
11.01.2022 "' ?" There's no doubting that your work demands make it hard to make a start on getting back into the shape you've been considering for a while now. Perhaps you:... - Have intended starting on a Monday many times but your plans of starting fell through? - Want to start making better decisions with your diet but the stress of work means you find the comfort of eating after work helps with dealing with the stress? - Have been wanting to drop 10 kilo's plus & lose the belly for a while now but you're just unsure of where to start? Look, you're certainly not alone here if you've experienced these things in the past but you holding back on making a start would no doubt be impacting the energy you you invest with your family, your performance at work & how you feel about how you look & feel. So here's 3 handy tips to help you make a start on getting yourself into top knick! 1 Keep the changes to your diet simple. Complicating it means you struggle to implement any much needed changes. The best place to start is: Looking at the size of your meals & how often you go back for seconds. 2 Rather than asking "What should I be doing to help me lose the weight I've been wanting to lose for a while now?" Ask yourself "what would the fitter me do each day to stay in his best shape possible?" You'll be amazed how much you already know. 3 Nothing beats doing. No diet plan, no exercise program is of any value if someone doesn't do it. If you're feeling stuck and unsure of how to start making the much needed changes you deserve, then send me a dm and we can chat See more
10.01.2022 & ? Do you have trouble committing to a routine that allows you to feel sharper throughout the day? Are you waking up each day without the energy you'd like?... Perhaps you're not feeling as fit as you have in the past & you're wondering how to get back there given how much time your work requires from you? When your work takes so much of your time, you start noticing that physical tasks aren't as easy as they used to be & the you feel short of breath a lot easier than you probably ever have. This means that your daily productivity is not as dialled in as it could be either. But if you were to set aside some time this week to prioritise the importance of getting back into a routine that is worth sticking to, to allow you to get up each day with more energy & not feel like other activities outside of work are a task because you're constantly lacking the energy that you had back in your 20's. What would that mean to you? There's no need to go all in immediately, just some commitment to the changes needed to increase your: Stamina Focus Daily productivity It's the start of the week & a perfect opportunity to gain some focus on getting the wheels turning again & regain your physical sharpness Here's a start for you What do your morning's look like at the moment? Could you put the alarm on earlier to give yourself more time to get some crucial movement in? What do your evening's look like at the moment? Are you finishing work and have manic eating habits? If you were to make a few much needed tweaks to how you start & finish the day, how would this impact your performance in your personal & professional life? 10.01.2022 AWESOME CLIENT WIN The awesome thing about this message I received from one of my clients is the fact that he communicates his experience with his journey. So many men keep their thoughts & feelings bottled up inside.... I make it really clear once a client comes on board as a team member into the Bullet Man Program that if they are unsure about something, feel stuck or want to express their wins or emotions, to shoot me a message. Quite often it's the scale weight or how much you sweat that you feel determines your success but what's more important is to find the courage to reach out for help on the obstacles that stand in your way of moving forward. 08.01.2022 1 A few unplanned beers after work? Go without a meal the following day. Absolutely nothing wrong with this. ... The reality is, if it means creating space for the beers consumed, then use the days to follow to your advantage. 2 Been having a few beers after work to take the edge off? Days past are days you can't get back & it's the same as the beers you've consumed. What I teach my clients is the 5:2 rule for enjoying a few beers (not the fasting 5:2 you know about but a similar framework) This allows you to enjoy a few beers throughout the week instead of using the same old mentality you've used in the past which meant you excluded beer for a short term only to bring it back erratically without any control. It's essentially enjoying 2 days of having a few beers & the other 5 without. A flexible approach without going in blind. 3 Look at managing: The sizes and work your way down: If Pint? Go go Schooner If Schooner go Pot The volume of beer consumed over the course of a week: You should be able to know the ballpark number of beers you have each week. With that number reduce the overall amount by 10-20%. So if 24 weekly beers, then becomes 19 -21 & gradually work your way down from there. 4 Be proactive on most if not everyday. How often has the following day been a bit less productive on days when you've had a few beers? Exactly. Set your day up with exercise at the start of each day, plenty of water & the 5:2 rule from step 2. 5 It might be time to look at letting go of the 'You're a bit soft mate, why are you drinking mid-strength?" concerns that your mates keep hitting you with. Your waistline and health isn't theirs to take care of. Less alcohol, less carbs = less beer consumed = contributing to better weight management & taking care of the belly that's in need of some care If you’d like to find out how to drop 5 kilos or more & transform your body & develop the skills to stay in shape long term over the coming months without boring diets or giving up beer, drop me a DM & let me know what you’re struggling with See more
08.01.2022 , ' " I got this message the other week & it got me thinking about what tends to happen when men get busy with work and as a result they struggle to manage to fit in taking care of themselves. In fact looking back over some of the discussions and messages I've received from the men inside my coaching program most of them have struggled with this at the start.... I put this down to: - Increased stress - More responsibilities - Less time - Plummeting energy levels This means: Manic eating habits that are brought about by constantly being on the go Eventually normalising snacking and polishing off a couple of beers after work Being too busy with work to set aside some time to take care of yourself. A hard time staying consistent to any exercise plans you make. Then you start to notice: You're not as proud about how your mid-section is looking as you were in the past You become more aware that when you jump on the scales it's gradually creeping up Your confidence has started to take a hit. It kind of feels like your career has taken over your body & health. But during this time you've probably experienced at least a few of these things and holds a clue or two as to why your old habits have crept back in (and they're all bloody damn good reasons too) - Your career is both challenging & rewarding - You work hard which allows you to earn more than you did when you were in your 20's - You've built some great relationships with the important people in your life - You help support a family With more responsibilities something has to give & often it's sacrificing your body and health because those things I mentioned above mean so much to you. I set up the Bullet Proof Man Coaching Program for men just like you, who have battled with making getting back in shape, balancing their career, family & social life a reality. I've found a way to make it possible for myself & the men inside the program, let me show you. If you're interested in being one of those men, drop me a DM & let me know what you need the most help with & let's chat. Speak soon. Brad See more
07.01.2022 & Long hours spent at work can take a toll on how they feel about their body & the impact on their health because of it. They tend to experience their ... wardrobe choices being limited mid-section taking a hit because they feel they feel rushed & unorganised with their eating & exercise habits not as confident with how they're looking and feeling abut their body (especially in front of their partners) energy being spent at work & very little leftover to enjoy with their family Maybe you can relate? If so, something you’re going to need to control is mastering your time management to ensure you're able to: lose the unwanted bodyfat around your waistline get & stay lean all year round & re-gain your confidence around your partner have more energy throughout the day to get through work & still thrive when you knock off for the day without crashing. A lack of time is a busy man's nemesis and it leads him to feeling rushed, overwhelmed & out of sorts physically. It often means you don't know where you can fit getting back in shape in & you end up procrastinating. I don't want that to be the case for you any longer. So when you look at your day, consider when your day starts & when it finishes. Are you making the most of your mornings or are you constantly feeling rushed & short of time? If so, how would getting up 1 hour earlier to avoid this benefit you? Could you get yourself to bed earlier to get better quality sleep, have more energy for the following day & avoid the late night snacks after work when you're staying up a bit later than you perhaps need to? Use your time wisely, it's ONE of your most valuable assets to allow you to work efficiently, have enough time to take care of yourself & get back your confidence with how you're looking in the company of your partner& have the energy to spend doing the things you love! I'd love to hear how you manage your day. If you're a man who's wanting to get your body, health & everyday performance back in top condition even with a hectic schedule - drop me a message See more
06.01.2022 ' 1 You battle time because of how long you expect you need to set aside for training each week. If you're not doing a great deal now, then 15 minutes for 4 times per week would be huge amounts of potential for that to make a significant difference to moving more & seeing some great changes to your physique. ... 2 A diet won't be the answer you're searching for to shift the bodyweight fast. You keep reverting back to that approach because a diet seems like the fastest way to get there. You don't need fast you need sustainable. Do you want to keep repeating what you're doing or make it last? 3 Stopping & starting is the ultimate momentum killer. When you start & don't see the kilo's shedding as fast as you would like, how is stopping helping with making you drop weight quicker? 4 Instead of focusing so much on the fact that you want to lose 10-15 kilo's which is the outcome. Focus more on the process such as: - How many steps you'll commit to doing each day - Having a few less beers during the week - Getting up earlier to get as much movement done as possible before work starts. 5 Whenever you seek a diet or exercise program ask yourself this: "How many weeks or months do I honestly see myself doing this for?" Answer it honestly and if it means you can't see yourself committing to it long enough for it to seriously help you sort your shit out, it's probably not right for you. 6 Your habits determine your success when it comes to the shape you're in. It's as simple as that. Where could you clean up your eating habits? Where could you be making more of an effort to move more each day? How could you improve your consumption of beer throughout the week? 7 Don't wait for the perfect moment to start or make a change. You're busy with a family, heavy workload in your career & sometimes shit happens that you never expected. Three things I have the men inside my Bullet Proof Man Coaching Program implement is: A step count to keep them accountable to (especially handy when the gym isn't an option that day) If they have a slip with their eating habits, move on quickly. Rome wasn't built in a day Aim for 4 planned training sessions each week (gives them a buffer if something comes up). PS I'm looking to take on a handful of men this November for my 'Bullet Proof Man Coaching Program'. If you want to drop between 10 - 15 kilos in the next 90 days ready to hit the new year, then drop me a DM with the words "MORE INFO" & let's chat See more
05.01.2022 ' 1 Don't de-value at home workouts, as you know from this year they are a great alternative to the training that is done at the gym & should always be kept in your training arsenal on the days in which the gym just can't happen. 2 You should never use a 'lack of' as an excuse.... A lack of time? 15 minutes 4 times per week and you'd be surprised at what that can do for your motivation, momentum & energy levels going forward A lack of equipment? I have hardly any equipment from home & have trained throughout the lockdown with nothing more than a towel on most workouts A lack of knowledge? Nope you don't, ok maybe there is a lack of something... Implementation 3 Get as much movement done with as little breaks as possible for the time you have with each session or opportunity. 4 Whenever I struggle or become overwhelmed with work life, family life & it means training or exercise maybe sacrificed, I just get up earlier. 5 Avoid the PERFECTION mentality that most ambitious men fall victim to. Are you the victim of the perfection mentality meaning you spend time on things that don't allow you to make the progress you need or want? Like waiting until work settles before you get started. 05.01.2022 The 3 Mistakes That Stop Busy Men Losing Unwanted Body Fat
04.01.2022 & & & . When Ricky first got started he: - Was unmotivated - Wasn't living the active life he wanted... - Was lacking confidence & self-esteem Some of the obstacles he has overcome have been - 7 Years of sleep apnea - Going from typical days of finishing work & being sedentary on his couch after work to living a more active lifestyle around his career and his life. - A change in his motivated in his workplace & life But one of the things that meant the most to Ricky was the valuable time he could spend with his niece, with more energy & enthusiasm. Congratulations mate! If you’re struggling to get into shape and you’re lacking the confidence you’d like because your career has been priority recently and you’re ready to make the changes like Ricky has, shoot me a message and let me know what you're struggling with & I’ll be in touch
03.01.2022 & ’ ? I'm going to give you some tough love right here. Time isn't your biggest barrier.... Your priorities are. If I asked you why you feel you've got yourself into a rut physically, what would you say? There's a reason isn't there? You've prioritised work & because of that you've left your body & health behind & in return the routine you currently have is possibly non-existent. There's absolutely nothing wrong with your career being a BIG priority for you. It should be because that's your livihood, you also need to take care of your family but are you also taking care of yourself? Taking care of yourself is an investment of time. But not as much time as you think you need. Can I ask have you got 2 hours to invest in your health each week? What would that possibly do? A significant amount actually, combine this with being accountable to getting your step count up consistently over the course of a week & getting to bed earlier & waking an or two earlier to allow yourself more time to invest back into you without constantly feeling rushed & feeling like there's no opportunity to get back into a physical condition you can be proud of once and for all. Would time still be a barrier? What's it costing your health by not investing the time back into you? If you’re struggling to get into shape and you’re lacking the confidence you’d like because your career has been the main priority recently and you’re ready to make the changes you deserve, shoot me a message and I’ll be in touch See more
03.01.2022 Are you finding the office body has kicked in? Here's some thought's to consider for the start of the week. Is this something you want to change?... If so, what have you done to date? I've spoken to so many men just like you, who have found themselves: Out of sorts physically due to work getting on top of their body & health With eating habits that make losing the extra 10 - 15 kilos gained in recent years even more difficult. Unable to stick to a routine that allows them to make it work alongside their already busy lives. I get where you're coming from. But when you have a lot going on & you constantly feel rushed & that putting time back into yourself this also mean's it impacts your Productivity at work How physically present you are with your family Your own personal health When you get up each day, what is your approach? Are you constantly going through the motions meaning that the man you are is repeating each day getting the same result? Feeling stuck, lost your physical edge & confidence? Or do your days start with making the most of the time you have to? Create structure, routine, and better habits that allow you to be in the best possible condition for your personal & professional life? If you find getting structure to prioritise your body & health a challenge, I recommend getting yourself a planner & ensuring that prioritising your own routine to help you get in peak shape is accounted for this week. P.s I'm taking on just a handful of men this month who are serious about completely transforming their body, getting back into top condition & feeling more confident than ever. 03.01.2022 Just wanted to share another win from one of the awesome men inside the Bullet Proof Man Coaching Program. My coaching philosophy is to coach the men that I get the opportunity to help by guiding them through the process of weight management, body shape change, improving mindset & developing better physical standards so that they can become self-sufficient in months & years down the track. It's not about giving them:... A program that means they have to be in a gym for hours each 7 every workout A diet that becomes unsustainable due to little food or taking away foods they've enjoyed in the past A plan in which they feel overwhelmed or like they've let themselves down when they miss a day due to something coming up. Instead: An easy to follow plan that fits your schedule The freedom to enjoy a few beers throughout the week & know that you can still make changes to body shape & health week to week (as shown from the screen shot) No foods are off limits & if you ever have more food than intended you develop the skills & knowledge on how to adjust accordingly in the days to follow. The result? Actually enjoying getting yourself back into shape whilst still leading a busy life. If you've been feeling a little bit stuck with getting in shape after putting your career first and you'd like some help making the changes you know you're capable of, drop me a message and let's chat about getting you back on track. 03.01.2022 The #1 Thing You Need To Concentrate On To Lose The Belly & Keep It Off
02.01.2022 AWESOME CLIENT WIN Just on a month in and 5 kilo's down. The numbers on the scale's may not be the most important aspect of a transformation for any of the men I help.... It's: Their new found confidence in front of their partners A major increase in energy to deal with the demands of their day Finding a healthier way to tackle their stress levels rather than turning to manic eating or drinking Being more productive at work Being in better physical condition to put towards the things they love (like their family) Then what exactly does the number on the scales mean for them? It show's them that the work they're putting in, means they're heading in the right direction If you're a man who's wanting to get your body, health & everyday performance back in top condition even with a hectic schedule - drop me a message See more
02.01.2022 I must admit I have struggled with: Uncontrolled eating after work for years (Still do at times)... Have days where I would just like to sit and watch the footy uninterrupted with a cold beer in hand and at times I have a few more than intended Days where I motivation is low & because of that I put in a pretty shit workout or run Being present with my family because I have so much bottled up in my head that it can be hard to focus on them right then & there. With having unrelenting standards of myself & feel like I haven't achieved what I would have liked & in return work harder to compensate (often the feeling despite this, is still the same) These are all things I continue working on These are the things that keep me honest These are the things that ensure I turn up regularly to keep me in good health, stay in shape & be productive. Fella's when you find yourself With uncontrolled eating after work Finding that the beer drinking habits are sabotaging your body & health Your motivation is low You have trouble switching off & actually giving your family your undivided attention they deserve And being a bit too critical on yourself There's opportunity to learn from because here's the thing: You are human You are not some rent a bloke that is designed to be perfect You are a man who is constantly learning from your experiences & choices. If this has resonated with you & you're feeling stuck, drop a private message & I'll get in touch with you very soon See more

01.01.2022 Hey Fella's! Here's 2 Serious Questions..... 1 Is your life busier than it's ever been and is that making it more difficult to.... - Drop the unwanted body fat from your mid-section?... - Shake the snacking & drinking habits after work? - Fully commit to a routine that helps you take better care of yourself? 2 Do you feel you know what to do but you simply can't seem to make it happen? And this means... - You still feel stuck in a rut - There's another day that passes where you don't start making the much needed changes you've been wanting - The weight on the scales keeps creeping up If so, you're not alone and it can be frustrating knowing that you're capable of so much more & I asked these 2 questions because these are two of the most common problems the men that reach out to me every week tend to struggle with & it's what i help the men inside my Bullet Proof Man Coaching Program every single week too. When I ask them why they struggle so much with these two areas, this comes down to - Them having more responsibilities and can't seem to stick to a routine that helps them take care of themselves. - Them starting a new program or diet which involves making too many changes all at once and this becomes overwhelming it ends up failing them. - When work has it's busier weeks & months, their exercise & nutrition habits take a backward seat so they can manage their work commitments. It's just really hard to get into a routine that works when you just can't seem to find how you can balance it all But like the men the men when they first reach out for help...
