23.01.2022 One thing we can say with certainty this year, is that we have seen an increased reliance upon the use of technology to support learning and teaching. Earlier this year, we communicated a planned upgrade of the management software for all Apple devices. This update will commence next week; please read our latest blog post for important information. http://ow.ly/wOZ250CubJy

20.01.2022 Today’s the day...the first of the VCE written exams takes place this morning. We wish our Year 12 cohort all the very best with their exams. You’ve worked so hard, you’ve got this!

17.01.2022 As part of their 'Make' class, our Year 6s have recently completed a project in Design and Technology. The students were required to research, analyse, and build a sustainable mega-city. They made parts designed on the Makers Empire app, which were then printed on the College's 3D printers. It's hard to believe what incredible access to technology our students have today, and it's remarkable to see the different ways they use it in their studies. See some of the models below.

16.01.2022 As most of us enjoy our mid-term break today, our VCE Drama students are off to complete their final performance exams. This is the last of the 'performance' style VCE examinations that our students have been completing over the past few weeks, with Indonesian and French oral exams and Music performance exams already having taken place. Our students have done an amazing job preparing and practising this year; we've no doubt it will have paid off! Good to luck to today's Drama students! Enjoy the extended long weekend, see you all on Wednesday.

14.01.2022 Remote learning flashback: Madame Wyder's Year 6s were invited to bake or cook a French dish at home as part of their cultural research project on French food. We were pretty impressed by some of the delicious-looking results. Et voila, here are some examples; Will’s macaroons, Ella’s Lyonnaise potatoes, and Daisy’s crepe.

09.01.2022 Just a reminder, we've got another long weekend coming up this weekend. Next Tuesday is the Melbourne Cup Public Holiday, and Monday is our Mid-Term Break Pupil Free day. Here's hoping we get some nice weather so we can enjoy some of the lightened restrictions with our friends and families. See you next Wednesday!

08.01.2022 Last month, on October 13, two of our Middle School students took part in the inaugural ‘Go Girl - Go For ITCyberEdition’, a virtual technology conference. Chloe Evans (Year 6) and Kiana Theodore (Year 7), logged onto the conference via their iPads from the Woodend Campus and enjoyed a day full of virtual presentations and workshops. The conference included a virtual careers expo and a wide range of videos and content designed to inspire and engage young females, highlighting opportunities and careers within the world of IT. 07.01.2022 Today is World Teacher’s Day...again...sort of... The day that World Teacher's Day is internationally celebrated usually falls during the school holiday period in Australia, so we celebrate it today! Once again, we just want to celebrate our teachers and thank them publicly; if ever they deserved twice the celebration, it would be this year. ... We have been very proud of our teachers this year, and every year, and we’re grateful for their incredible efforts. Thanks teachers!
