23.01.2022 Sultans Kebabs Braeside. 309 Boundary Rd. Braeside, VIC 3195. Greeting: not too bad on the greeting, wasn't called brother but rather was called man which is li...ke the handjob of greetings but you know what I really want. Seemed to be nice people undoubtedly 7.5/10 Signage: pretty easy to spot location, shop is large and pretty much unmissable although is sort of on a bend so it could be over looked i guess. Halal on the door when you walk in but other than that it could be missed since it's not on the menu, but again I could've overlooked it. 8/10 Packaging: so styro it's mind blowing. Also comes on a nice plate if eating in. 10/10 Meat: very very good. Lamb wasn't the fillet but very very good nonetheless, was juicy and tasteful, same goes for the chicken. Proportions were a bit off, definitely got more lamb than chicken but it was too good to knock 10/10 Chips: very nice chips, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, salted nicely with a nice amount used. I would love to see a kebab shop use higher end chips rather than use the cheaper stuff that comes in those big bags, but I suppose you gotta keep the cost of the hsp down or else no one would buy from there, so keeping in mind I have never seen a shop permanently use higher end chips I'd give it a 10/10 Cheese: very nice spread, not too thick or thin 10/10 Price: $15 hsp plus $1 for cheese plus $2.50 for a can of drink, all up $18.50. I don't think they have a variety of sizes, just a large. A bit pricey but the quality is there so you should be happy to pay it 7/10 Important notes: sauces were all the real deal, very very good stuff, chilli sauce has kick so make sure you're not too white if you choose to get it. Overall: quality mixed with fair quantity with next to no compromises. 9.5/10 See more
