04.01.2022 *** 4 WEEK PROGRESS = 6KGS + 40CM'S GONE *** The man Tim getting some consistent and unreal progress. Over this last week the goal was for him to learn his body better and see how his blood sugars and ketones were effected by stress, food, and training all through the week. He followed everything Matte told him and ended up shifting 5 cm's off his WAIST and 4 cm's off his HIPS alone in the last 7 days....
