15.01.2022 Would you like to know how your development in the womb has affected your health today? Yes! What happens whilst you’re in the womb can impact your health as an adult. We know that your serotonin pathways, your cardiovascular system, and more can be negatively disrupted. Developmental Origins of Health and Disease (DOHaD) is the current science behind our health recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO). I’m offering free sessions in the second week of February to spread awareness and understanding of DOHaD, and how it is affecting your health today Get in quick to book your free 1 hour session [email protected]

04.01.2022 Western Australians in Perth, the Peel region and the South West region are now under five-day lockdown. People in these regions are required to stay home, exc...ept for the following four reasons: 1. Shopping for essentials like groceries, medicine and necessary supplies. 2. Medical or health care needs including compassionate requirements and looking after the vulnerable. 3. Exercise, within their neighbourhood, but only with one other person and only for one hour per day. 4. Work, where you cannot work from home or remotely. In addition to this stay home rule, if you do leave home for one of those four reasons, you will be required to wear a mask. Masks must be worn at all times outside of your place of residence, including at work, while exercising, on public transport, and in your private vehicle when other passengers are in the vehicle. Masks are not mandatory for children under 12 years of age or a person who has a physical or mental illness, condition or disability. I understand this might feel strange, and a little difficult to get used to, but it is so important that we do everything we can to stop the spread of COVID-19 in Western Australia. Thank you.
