16.01.2022 Getting some fresh air and sunshine while doing a BrainTap session to help deal with some of the stress from a global pandemic, quarantines, etc. Trying to do all of the things to keep my immune system strong. - @radiantlifechiro

14.01.2022 5 Negative Patterns & How to Reframe Them Stewing- Repeating negatives over and over in your mind causes us to forget there are positives in every situation. To change this behaviour, recognise when you’re stuck on a negative thought. Intentionally stop yourself and replace that thought with a positive one. Magnifying-Sometimes we have a habit of making more out of a situation than it needs to be. One way to get over this is to focus on... the big picture. Move on and realise that not everything needs to be a mountain. All or Nothing- Sometimes it’s difficult to see the grey areas in situations. Everything is either 100% right or 100% wrong. As humans, this is rarely the case. Learning to be flexible is key to alleviating this behaviour. Assuming-This is the case when we think we know the outcome of a situation before it happens or we think we know what someone else is thinking about a situation. We react based on those assumptions. We are not mind readers and we’re frequently wrong about what’s going on. If you are going to assume, assume the positives. Personalisation- Humans are ego driven. We tend to think everything that is happening around us is happening because of us. This can be unhealthy because we can blame ourselves for others’ actions or assume things happen for reasons they don’t, causing conflict where there isn’t any. Remembering that things happening near you don’t necessarily have anything to do with you is key to overcoming this habit. Doing the self work is where its at! See more

09.01.2022 "Im Stacking Biohacks. I’ve been testing the @braintaptech device for a week now, and decided to use it when in the chamber too. It literally puts me into falling asleep state (alpha) where I’m basically dreaming whilst being awake. It’s insane. That combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, not only looks cool AF (just kidding. Or am I?) but I get out completely refreshed, with a clear mind full of energy. It’s like I’ve slept and recharged. Partly due to the s...leep state, and partly due to the extra oxygen in my cells. It’s a powerful combo Apparently Braintapping creates a symphony of brainwave activity, a feeling of calm focus that’s just right for learning and productivity. Each session (and there’s a whole load to choose from) is designed with brainwave balance. And it’s apparent! Unlike other meditation programs I’ve tried, BrainTap’s neuro-algorithms gently and naturally guide your brain through a broad range of brainwave patterns, instead of just the Alpha state. The result is a complete spectrum of brainwave activity. It’s sooooo good. I’m not just saying it! Try it for yourself, and comment below A really cool part is that the @braintaptech headset brings a whole new dimension to braintapping sessions (compared to using standard headphones) by adding the restorative power of light frequency therapy. In addition to the sonic effect in the audio-sessions, the BrainTap Headset delivers gentle light pulses that travel through the ear meridians and the retina, sending direct signals to the brain and guiding you into extraordinary brain states that would otherwise take years of disciplined effort to achieve. It’s as good as it sounds! " @timbiohacker @healthoptimisationsummit See more
