17.01.2022 Attention all parents of students heading to CMS in 2021...here’s your chance to see what’s on offer for your children next year.

15.01.2022 We have a tour and information session next week for prospective families, at 8.30am or 5.00pm on Wednesday 11th November. This is our last scheduled informatio...n session for the year but we are happy to meet with families outside of this by appointment. Just ring the school! Year 6 students who are coming to CMS next year will attend CMS for an Orientation Day on Friday 20th November.

13.01.2022 Did you know that on average, children spend only about 40 minutes a day outside? Today was Outdoor Classroom Day - and we upped the average! Many classes were taken outside in the fresh air. The Year 5s made faces with leaves and did a 1000mm trek (!), as well as doing their art class outside. The Year 2 students painted some old tractor tyres for garden beds, and there were lots of outdoor PE games happening throughout the day.

09.01.2022 The amazing Ms Martell Dunn was tonight recognized as the Central Region, Primary Teacher of the Year as part of the Teaching in the Territory Excellence Award presentations at this year’s World Teacher’s Day celebrations. We couldn’t be more thrilled. A marvelous educator whose passion inspires us each and every day.

09.01.2022 We are looking forward to seeing families of our 2021 Transition students tomorrow. Please phone the front office on 89585111 to reserve your spot. Additional sessions in the coming weeks will also be scheduled for families who may need this option.

07.01.2022 Lots of great celebrations in our town this week.

07.01.2022 The Christmas period can be a tough time for different people for different reasons. Below are some of the support services available to young people and their families over this break.

03.01.2022 When we interviewed over 1000 adults and children about living here in Alice Springs, parents said the desire to see their children be ‘safe and free’ was the m...ost important. They talked about aspirations for ‘safe environments’, and to live ‘happy, free lives’. They want ‘young people of this town to be accepted by their family and by the community’, to be loved and cared for. 02.01.2022 On this cold day we wish all our families a happy holiday and whilst the rain is beautiful, we hope the sun comes out soon so we can enjoy the summer. You can pop into the office from 10am on Tuesday, 19 January for uniform sales and enrolment inquiries. The office will be open from 10-3pm until 28 January. Friday 29 January is a Professional Development day for all staff and the office will be closed. School returns on Monday 1 February and we look forward to seeing everyone then.

01.01.2022 Happy World Teachers' Day to every educator in our school. You do an amazing job every day and we say thank you for being one of the talented and compassionate teachers who is making a difference to a child at Braitling.
