George Bernard Shaw was onto something when he published this quote. Adaptability in leadership is a must for any modern leader. ... Morphing your leadership approach based on who you're trying to influence means reviewing your language and tactics to get the best outcome from that person. Why is that important? Because adaptability shows compassion. It shows respect for the other and it means you're able to penetrate your message a little deeper. Have you heard of adaptable leadership before?
