21.01.2022 Coonawarra is famous for producing some of Australia’s best Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Cabernet Sauvignon has well defined varietal and regional characteristics with a medium body and intense fruit flavours making it the perfect pairing for hard cheeses such as cheddar, gouda, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Manchego. The strong, punchy flavours of the cheese harmonise on the palate with the rich blackberry and mulberry fruit notes of our Baker’s Run Cabernet Sauvignon. 13.01.2022 Our limited release Silent Partner Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense flavour filled palate of plums and blackberries that is complemented with sturdy but well-balanced tannins. The 2016 Vintage was given an incredible score of 95 points by Sam Kim of Wine Orbit , and 93 points by Huon Hooke, The Real Review. The Silent Partner name comes from Jim Brand’s passion, speaking much louder than his words. His influence felt long since his time passed.

10.01.2022 Long before Eric Brand was a winemaker, he was a baker. Returning from the war he took up the trade in the Riverland of South Australia and was well known for his delicious bread, pies and pasties. Bringing these same skills to his winemaking, it was his ability to not only follow a recipe but natural instincts in making necessary adjustments year on year to produce the perfect batch. Named in his honour, our Baker’s Run Cabernet Sauvignon highlights all the classic flav...ours of the Coonawarra. Shop now via bit.ly/bakers-run-cabernet-sauvignon.
