08.01.2022 The weekends for us used to all be about business development and creating our own content. Right now we have to remember more than ever to take time out away from the noise and spend time on things we love. Being creative is something that brings me so much peace and joy that it could be as simple as colouring an image with actual pencils. Just the feel of the paper and smell of the colours, ah the simple things. This week I heard two really good sayings that I want to share... on this beautiful Saturday morning. Put your own oxygen mask on first & I am enough, there is enough, there will always be enough. To our beautiful network who check on us regularly, thank you for helping us keep things in perspective. 07.01.2022 Sunday means different things to different people. Some use it as a day to further the hustle, to get that stack of work done that they feel needs to be done. Some might use it as a day of rest and recuperation. Time spent outdoors, with family or friends. For me it is a mix! I like to take stock of the last week and look ahead to the new week. This helps me to make sure that we are heading in the right direction and that no appointments are double booked etc... cause you kno...w that is embarrassing! 05.01.2022 Been spending a lot of time lately helping people get the needle moving for their business. One of the things we are absolutely loving getting done is creating hype for places that are getting ready to open. Covid has got a lot of businesses on the back foot but there are some that have used the time to really hone in on their message. One of the things we have heard a lot is that oh I wish... insert dream here and you know what? There is merit in the saying: A goal is a ...wish with a plan. Write down your wish and make a plan to make it happen. What do you need to get it done? Who do you need in your circle to learn from? Can you see it? Do you want it? What do you have to lose?

That might be hard for you - who knows what this time looks like for you but just showing up each day might help. When you show up each day be it for yourself, your business, your team or your family it shows, not only them but yourself that you have what it takes. Don't get us wrong, times are tough and some business's will not survive this. Be the one that did.... Take time to show up!
