21.01.2022 FRENCH-STYLE CREPES ARE BACK ON SATURDAY! Almost 3 years ago, we opened the cafe under our original name of Brandy Creek Chocolates & Crepes.... The original cafe was a tiny little space located midway up in McLennan's Arcade (where our kitchen is now located). We operated here for around a year before moving to the front shop. Although we loved our chocolates and crepes, we made the decision to rebrand to Apple Spice Cafe about a year ago in order to have scope to develop a more inclusive menu range. However, based on popular demand - we have kept crepes on the menu right through the transition. Since opening the cafe, we have made thousands upon thousands of crepes. We have worked hard to perfect the batter, the cooking process and combination of the toppings. After the Covid lockdowns, we made the decision to limit our portions and offer crepes once a week. This enables us to provide the freshest crepes and ingredients possible. So Saturday is now our Crepe Day! Come along this weekend and try them for yourself. 20.01.2022 Our High Teas are back! We are now taking bookings from Monday 21st. You will be seated in your own private dining area - ensuring a high quality experience, while complying with social distancing guidelines.... A minimum of just 4 people required. Maximum 10 per group. - High Teas will run 6 days a week, 2 sittings per day (11:30am and 1:30pm) - You will be seated in your own private dining area - A delicious selection of sweet and savoury treats (sandwiches, quiches, cakes, tarts, chocolates and scones) - Unlimited tea & coffee - Gluten free and vegetarian options available - Bookings essential - Minimum 4 people per table - $30 per head For bookings, PM us or call/text Caitlin on 0411 281 487

17.01.2022 We will be reopening the cafe on Monday 21st! We are very excited to get back to relative normal again :) There will be a few changes to our usual operations to suit the new conditions:... HIGH TEAS - High Teas bookings will be given priority for seated service. These sessions are at 11am and 1:30pm - Maximum 10 people - Bookings now open!
