07.01.2022 Hey Guys, welcome to my page! As of Monday the 4th of March I will be starting my group training sessions at Windermere park Joondalup. What services I provide: Outdoor Group Fitness Sessions-... Bootcamp sessions- Kick Boxing- Interval Training using Body weight, plyometric, strength and conditioning as well as hypertrophy. These sessions are supportive, challenging, fun and gets the job done in minimal amount of time! GROUP TRAINING DAYS: - Monday 5:30-6:30 HIIT Circuit -Wednesday 5:30-6:15 Kick Boxing Circuit - Friday 5:30-6:30 Easy Burn Strength and Endurance Training PM me for more details and the sessions you'll be attending! Personal Training- Get one on one, or one Trainer per two people. If you're looking to train towards a specific goal or need that extra motivation for better results, here's the way to do it. This service will provide you with nutritional advice, goal setting, regular measurements and set programs specialised to your own body, keeping you on track to where you'd like to be! *Availability to this is different to group training times online* PM for more Details! Massage Therapy- I also offer massage services to help enhance that recovery after training and to help maintain that balance. -Swedish relaxation -Sports massage -Remedial massage -Rehabilitation PM for more Details!
