25.01.2022 I have decided to close my business indefinitely in the light of this health dilemma. I dont offer essential supplies so I dont want to encourage customers to leave their homes and risk their health by coming out to Branxholme. Stay safe everyone. And I hope to enjoy a cuppa with you on the other side of this.

25.01.2022 Lots of pretty new things this week! Were open Fridays and Saturdays from 10am till 5pm and Sundays 12:30 till 5 pm. 47 Brown Street, Branxholme.

24.01.2022 With the easing of restricted movements for this pandemic, I am pleased to announce that our door will be re-opening for business on Friday June 12 at 10am. Cant wait to see you all again!!!

24.01.2022 Something a bit different added to the shop yesterday.

24.01.2022 After having bought a birdhouse for the shop today, I reflected on the stock in the shop.....and then, oops, it dawned on me. I have a birdhouse problem!

23.01.2022 Have you checked out the clearance table in store yet? New items are added each week and there is nothing there over $10. Stock wont last long at these prices so be quick.

23.01.2022 Gorgeous afternoon in Branxholme. Why not pop in for a tour?!

23.01.2022 By now you will be aware that my little shop, Branxholme Vintage Co, is closing down. There will be one final day of trading for the general public on Sunday November 15 so mark your diaries now. Everything in store will be 20% off with no reasonable offer refused. So bring your trailers and grab some unique pieces for a bargain price. Hope to see you there.

Thank you to my customer Jenny for referring me. As soon as I have the link Ill post it here for you. 22.01.2022 All the new pieces are now in the shop ready for the final day’s trading this Sunday. We’re open on Sunday from 10am - 5pm, then we’re closed for good. So don’t miss out on a bargain.

22.01.2022 And after 3 long months, Branxholme Vintage Co is open again for business! Its been an interesting time with all my regular suppliers being closed so the past month has seen me feverishly creating new stock from my existing supplies. Ive loved the challenge, I must say. If youre in the area, pop in. The shop is warm, we have a free hot cuppa waiting for you and just for today, there is free cake and biscuits to welcome you all back. Were open till 5pm today at 47 Brown Street, Branxholme.

22.01.2022 Just a reminder that the shop will be closed until further notice. With COVID-19 outbreaks slowly on the rise in our beautiful region, and the fact that Im not an essential service, I have made the choice to put health before business. So, please look after your health, my valued customers, and Ill see you when the numbers in our region start going down.

20.01.2022 For something a little different.....tomorrow Ill be donning my painting clothes and painting these babies LIVE........OUT THE FRONT OF THE STORE! Youll get to see what generally goes on in the back room. Ill be using spray shellac, white milk paint and if it all dries in time, clear wax to seal them. There may even be some stencilling. So if you have questions about using chalk or milk paint come on down tomorrow after 10 am and Ill do my best to answer all your questions and give you some tips for success for your own DIY furniture upcycling.

19.01.2022 Hi everyone. With numbers of COVID-19 cases slowly increasing in our region, I have made the difficult decision to again close my business. Im not an essential service and I do want my customers to be safe. Hopefully it wont be for too long.

19.01.2022 The store will be closed this coming weekend and will re-open on Friday March 6. I will have news then of the first chalk paint and furniture transfer workshop. So watch this space for more!

18.01.2022 Thanks everyone for your thoughts on the bar stools, Ive stained the seat pads as suggested and I think the contrast with the white looks beautiful. A little distressing helped the milk paint look more settled in. Now all thats left is to seal them. Im really pleased with this upcycle. Theyll be available from Sunday. NB. These are a true bar stool so most likely too high for a breakfast bar.

18.01.2022 We’re busy here at Branxholme Vintage Co this week as we prepare for the final day of trading - Sunday November 15. All stock must go so bring your trailer if you’re after a furniture bargain. We will be open from 10am - 5pm SUNDAY ONLY.

15.01.2022 We’re back to Stage 3 restrictions so I’m grateful for the freedom of the last few weeks to fill my garage with projects to keep me busy during lockdown. The good news is, I have a new Trades Assistant coming on as my first staff member from Aug 20. Meet Lev - my partner in the business of upcycling. We’re excited to see what we can create for you all for when the restrictions are lifted.

Keep watching for more posts. Bad news is, my circular saw went into shock that it was the preferred tool of choice today and it promptly blew up!!!!

14.01.2022 Branxholme Garage Sale: Saturday Feb 22 starting at 8am. Are you preparing items for sale? 09.01.2022 Regrettably I have decided to close my business. I am currently planning for a final clearance sale. I will open one weekend in November - the Saturday will be for those family and friends who have regularly supported the business. And the Sunday will be open to the general public. 09.01.2022 I have one final ‘Dad’ folded book available for this year’s Fathers Day. I’ve reduced the cost by 10% - now $59.50. The book can be posted directly to your Dad (at buyers expense) including a Father’s Day card with the message of your choice. Alternatively we can organise contactless pick up. Comment if interested.

06.01.2022 Would you do a girl a favour.....if you like my store or love my posts would you share your favourite recent post on Facebook or Instagram? It would really help this small business to swim with the big guys for sales. And Id be very grateful.

05.01.2022 Its time to clear out some older stock to make way for new items, so come check out the clearance table and grab yourself a bargain.

04.01.2022 My shop is closed during this pandemic, but I had a customer from Ballarat, whod visited my store over summer, call to ask me if I could do a book folding for his mum and put a small hamper together for her too. What a great son! His mum is a keen gardener, so this is what we came up with. And today I shipped it directly to her. This was one of the more fun projects Ive done!

03.01.2022 I’ve made the difficult decision to close my business indefinitely. I am hoping to reopen in time but just not in the foreseeable future. I have valued your patience to date. My apologies for any inconvenience this decision causes you.

01.01.2022 Hi everyone. I had advertised that the shop would be re-opening today but I’m afraid it’s going to be two more weeks before the shop is truly ready to open. I sincerely apologise if you were planning to come this weekend but I just want to have everything right for you all and I’m just not quite there. I hope you can bear with me. New re-opening date is October 17 without fail.
