The Summer Games is about creating a non-threatening environment for our young umpire mentees and mentors to build confidence to umpire. Well done to all of the 21 umpire mentors and mentees who found their voices and enjoyed the experience umpiring under the guidance of Kate. We look forward to monitoring your development over the next 5 weeks. Thank you to the Team Managers for volunteering and assisting the teams. Of course, thank you to all of the parents for your continued support. Much appreciation to the amazing work of the Summer Games Subcommittee for organising the games and made it happen. Thank you very much Kerrie O'Brien, Ursula Jury for your tremendous support and effort. It is my pleasure to work with an amazing team. Keep an eye out for the Weekly Poster updates.
